This can opener is surprisingly rugged compared to the last company I bought a can opener from. It lasted 2 year. This one bites right on to thr lid and takes off. Its fast too. I've always had good luck with Cuisinart. Thumbs up on this opener!

So far the can opener is great!! I am very pleased and satisfied with this opener. I did my research and this one seemed the best. It is!!!

This works very well. I opened a small can of tomato paste 2 1/2 inches wide and handled that in addition to regular size cans. It is not gleaning chrome that’s why I put 95 percent satisfied. Has a plastic silver finish on the front and black in the back. The gleaming chrome is the cutting device which has a plastic chrome handle and steel chrome parts that do the cutting. But it worked very well and I am very happy with it.

I love this little thing. It works on all sized cans and is super easy to use and clean. Plus it holds the can while it opens (which I really like)--even the really big ones. I got the black one to match my kitchen but it's super nice there are color choices for each person to pick from.

Does things my hands had a very difficult time doing. Hint: with Starkist Tuna/ in water, i tear off the paper 1st It grabs so well it will tear the can wrapping up. I don’t pull the handle assembly ‘out’ to clean. I just carefully wipe it down. Nice opener !

Real easy to use I am a senior and it’s easy for me

Very inexpensive for such a quality can opener. I bought the color black to match my kichen style. It's very sturdy when opening a can, mostly it was my first choice to purchase a Cuisinart Brand..

I purchased this after reading several reviews and I'm so glad that I did. It's very easy to use and I can open tall cans. I like the design and it's a lot better than the hand-held can opener that I previously had, I couldn't wait to throw that away. The handle is very easy to press down and the can stays in place, but I keep my hand under the bottom just in case. So far, so good.

Opens cans easily, don’t like the cord storage. On my previous can opener the entire cord went inside. On this one the plug sticks out.

I was disappointed when this opener shredded the paper labels on the can. I was shocked when it cut metal slivers from the can! Fortunately it broke on the 5th can.

I Love my new Cuisinart Deluxe Can Opener! It works great and looks great too. I especially like how tall it is because it makes opening cans much easier.

Avery good can opener & doesn't cut the tops of the lids off in strait rounded circle like the old can openers,used to. Instead the can opener cuts the lids in a swirl like line to avoid getting yourself cut.Just like the old can openers,used to.

I recently bought this electric can opener and love it opens cans wonderfully. The other one I had was very old and wouldnt cut anymore.
