Wonderful product. Lightweight, clean looking, works GREAT!!!!! high quality for sure!!!!! Easy to clean.

The only complaint I have is that the cover goes on backwards from the way it did on my faithful 9 cup Cuisinart food processor. Otherwise, I love it.

Firstly I am very happy with this food processor. It is very quiet, processes amazingly and is easy to clean. The one area that needs an improvement is the blade holder in the motor unit. If you take the bowl off to add food into it when you place it back onto the motor housing it pushes the blade out of alignment. You need to empty the bowl to put the blade back on correctly. This is the one area that needs improvement.

I bought this food processor because it was highly rated by Customer Reports. On the positive side, it is quiet and generally does good job of shredding, chopping and mixing. It doesn't shred a block of cheese completely, it leaves the last quarter inch unshredded. My biggest concern is the 2 plastic connectors that face away from the user. They seem flimsy and not easy to connect or disconnect without double-checking the back of the processor. I am glad I have a 2-year warrenty, because I am not optimistic that they won't break. I have told my husband not to use the processor for fear he will man-handle it and break those small plastic connectors.

At first I was skeptical about the permanent-connected chute cover and pusher, that it would be a huge pain to stop and remove it when batch shredding etc…. Not too bad’. I can get used to that - it’s easy enough to remove. Impressed overall. It’s a step up from my 30-plus year old gifted FP.

I purchased this processor to replace an almost identical Robocoupe product I had used for 30 years. This machine has performed thus far even better than my previous one. If it lasts as long, it will outlast me!

Works really well with lots of power! Easy to use and does a great job of pureeing.

I had Cuisinart Food Processor for 30 years that I truly loved, but this one is much more difficult to use. Once l get it all together, it does a great job but the assembly and breakdown is really difficult for me

This does an excellent job of slicing and chopping. I chose this one for the quality and function. It’s a time saver for sure and the size is perfect for my 2 person household with occasional guests. Also , it’s great having the flat lid.

Awesome little machine, though the safety features have become cumbersome with the locking feed shoot that doesn’t allow larger items be fed into slicer without being cut like 6in high unlike older models unfortunately.

This Cuisinart replaces one that is more than 20 years old. The old one was working perfectly except part of the plastic lock broke recently. Researching, the replacement part is just expensive enough and the machine just old enough that I decided to replace the unit. I am pleased with the new unit not only because the lock design has been changed (and I assume, improved) but two lids are now included. I love the flat lid for everyday use. The unit stays on my kitchen counter because I use it often.

one of the best I had my original Cuisinart over 30 plus year and it was always reliable and performed perfectly and so does this new one , same reliability and performance what Ive come to expect with cuisinart products

This replaces a Cuisinart food processor I purchased in 2003. The plastic bowl started breaking down at the rim so when I tried to make pie dough the flour would fly out between the lid and the bowl.

The food processor is amazing. I suffered many years with an inferior one to “save money,” How I wish I’d had this when my family was young. The only reason for 4 stars is because I had such a hard time learning to assemble it and the instructions seem to believe it’s intuitive. It isn’t. Better instructions should be readily available.

This food processor makes short work of many tasks. I love it that all pieces are dishwasher safe.

I was replacing my Cuisinart Food Processor that I had for 40 years!!!! My biggest complaint about my new Cuisinart is the sticky label on the cover for chopping. The sticker did not come off cleanly, I used hot water and a soft scrub sponge to try and remove the adhesive. It did not work. I am left with the sticky adhesive on the chopping lid :(

I have owned several similar Cuisinart machines and they all seem to work well. In my opinion, this new machine has a few changes that need improvement. Tis he food tube on backwards - i.e. at the rear instead of up front. In addition, in order to get the bowl seated properly, it is still a rather tight fit and is still held in place by by a very narrow area of lexan - which in the past was prone to breaking.

My 11-cup Cuisinart food processor - No. 2 over 38 years - stopped working when a plastic part on the lid broke. That part/lid was no longer available. My brand new 11-cup Cuisinart is a thing of beauty. Silver, solid, and far quieter. Plus, the blades from the old one fit. Very happy that the quality remains consistent.

I replaced this 11cup food processor with the same product because I love it so much for slicing onions for soup or apples for pie. My first was 15 years old. I dropped & cracked the main container.

Excellent quality food processor. This is a very, very good time-saving device for the kitchen. While I am only an occasional cook (and NOT a Chef), the Cuisinart Pro Custom 11 Food Processor is a tool to simplify kitchen prep work. I appreciate the variety of cutting tool configurations. Abiding by the Cuisinart (published / included) recommendations is the best place to start. I also appreciate the built-in safety features. Those protect the user and also the machine itself. This is a very high-end kitchen tool and it takes many repetitions of just using it to understand what it can actually do. The quality is definitely appreciated at this end, as well as the versatility. This tool can do a whole lot more than just chop food.

Classic design with a reasonable price. Previous dough blade works fine in this new version, which is a plus for me.

I love my Cuisinart food processor! My 30 year-old one finally gave up the ghost, so I immediately ordered another one.

This is a professional product I can use in my home and it does all the food processing I will ever need.

The Pro Custom worked very well. There are some task it can not preform but, in general works very well.

Why didn't I buy this sooner!? Easy to use, quiet, and easy to clean. This is an amazing kitchen tool!

Great food processor and I'm sure that I'll own it for the rest of my life. I do not like how you cannot fully detatch the 2 pusher sections that go into the top from each other. This makes cleaning difficult and also makes it difficult to feed larger items through the top.
