On my fourth duo blender food processor. The first lasted several years then just stopped. The second lasted about nine months then stopped. The third was a back up at a good price prior to the second one stopping. Unfortunately the third stopped within two weeks of it’s first use. I shopped for other blender/food processor brands but none met my need like my original Cuisinart from 2004. I’m trying one more time but I wish someone would explain why it just shuts off mid blending? It’s not over stressed, under liquified or misused. The older one did not do this.

I just love this blender/food processor. It's perfect for me.

Excellent blender, however we have sometimes overloaded the motor triggering its safety and had to wait 5 min or so for it to reset. Prefer that behavor to burning out the motor. If we initially use pluse for those heavy smoothies unit is fine. Have not tried the processor, however its construction looks to be good.

I really wanted it for the food processor and it doesn’t chop well unless there is liquid in it. Also, could really smell the motor when I was making a smoothly with frozen fruit and almond milk. I wonder how powerful it really is.

The blender stop working after 20 minutes Rest for 5 minutes and then start working again not happy

This is a Christmas gift but I have the exact blender

Base/Motor stopped working properly after a couple months and very minimal use. Model seems to have issue with a “thermal fuse” according to similar issue complaints on internet. Warranty repair/replacement procedure has been a lengthy drawn out process. When it worked, it was good.

Careful using the food processor. You can make an awful mush instead of pico de gallo in seconds. Very powerful. Very sharp blade. Easy to clean. Heavy base. Excellent product. Recommended.

my experience buying this from Home Depot was not good. It came delivered with the base with electrical cord, lid, and a blade all missing from the damaged box.

The duet blender/food processor that I just bought works great and loving it. I mainly use the blender to make veggies smoothie daily and the food processor to make peanut butter/almond butter/multi-nuts butter. 2 thumbs up! It is worth every $$

I’ve tried every setting and unless i leave it on for a while, big chunks come out. Can’t make a decent smoothie. I am disappointed. I was really forward to add this in my kitchen but it seems like I’ll have to look for something else.

Gets the job done for easy things, if you want to do a thicker smoothie, you may need a higher rpm motor. That would be my only regret. It works perfect for making crumbs for my cheese cake cursts.

Has sufficient power and adequate blade variety. If the food processor size/capacity were a bit larger, this would be fantastic.

I love my Cuisinart food processor/blender. This is the first food processor I've owned and I just love it. It looks really nice on my counter and doesn't take up very much space at all. I processed a bunch of roma tomatoes and made my homemade spaghetti sauce, I have to say it was my best batch ever. Love, love, love this product. Perfect for me. I highly recommend it.

I am very happy with this appliance. It replaced a small Cuisinart food chopper and an old blender. I really like the concept of one base with two options for function. Have used it for hummus so far - very smooth quickly vs. the old food chopper.

Works absolutely great chops ice all day no problem. Great for making a variety of things we use it every day.
