Based on your commentary regarding the product's texture/consistency (observed phasing/separation), it would appear that you may have purchased product that is aged/beyond its shelf life and/or store in poor conditions (newly purchased may not necessarily be of recent manufacture). At your convenience, please contact DAP’s Technical Customer Service Department at 888-327-8477 so that we can obtain some additional information from you regarding your experience. When calling in please be sure to have the package available, as we will need the production code printed on the package in order to determine the date of manufacture.

Should you encounter an issue with aged/expired product (new purchase transaction) we recommend that you notify the store location where it was purchased. The store will either provide an exchange for fresher product or refund your purchase price (if fresher material is not available).
