The most incredible toilet I’ve ever seen

Great unit tough install

I purchased and installed this unit yesterday. I chased after purchasing another unit that didn’t have the auto lid option. These toilets are amazing. So far this one works perfectly. I would advise deer valley to come up with a comparison tool. It’s really hard to understand what the difference is between the toilets. The major down side is that these toilets can hit your existing water valve. I had to cut drywall and relocate my valve in order to install this unit. Overall it’s a great toilet for the price.

Sleek modern toilet

This toilet is extremely sleek and looks beautiful in our new bathroom! Love the features it provides! The pre-flush is a huge bonus and I love how it has a light on it assist with nighttime bathroom breaks. The auto flush is amazing! For whatever reason we thought we bought the model with the bidet and didn’t realize all models don’t come with it. The toilet got installed then we realized! I plan to buy another one for our other bathroom with the bidet.

Amazing!

This toilet is amazing. I wasn’t really sure about spending this much money on a toilet, but after using it for a week, I don’t know how we got along without it. I’m ordering another one next month. If you are a penny pincher, you will save money on water and toilet paper. You barely need toilet paper with this toilet because it washes and dries you off. As much time as you spend on the toilet, you deserve to be spoiled. The only concern I have is just how long the seated part will last since it is made out of plastic and you have 4 water connections on the toilet. Time will tell.

Works great overall

I’ve been using this DeerValley smart toilet for a week, and I really like it. The foot sensor flush works perfectly — just a simple kick and it flushes automatically, super convenient and hygienic. Best investment in hygiene u can buy, feature rich

This is not just an epic product, but it comes from a company that does and will stand behind their products. I had a bit of an unusual situation where toilet I installed myself had a lack of bidet want water. I contacted support and they immediately replied with some trouble shooting tips and stood by endlessly as I tried to find time to use the tips. They would check in with me from time to time until It was resolved. They were so positive and polite and they were on standby while I took awhile to get time. It just made me feel better about this investment in hygiene. This is the best thing I have ever upgraded, it was completely worth it. This is quality inside and out, they thought of everything to make the install so easy. This is so rock solid I almost think it was designed for commercial use. Real metal wand, no plastic to worry about. The heated seat is something you never knew you needed! This thing has so many features including the touch less flush, that is so great knowing how clean this all is. I will buy another if my older toilets fail, it’s a worth while investment. The peace of mind knowing they are just a chat click away is invaluable and they really do care. But it’s easy to warranty something built stylish, modern, and feature rich.

Great bidet feature and heated seats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a bit harder since we had some parts that needed replacing but if your sewage system is up to date, it should be no problem. Flushing is loud and water pressure for the bidet feature is as strong as you could like it, it’s adjustable. They also have an eco option so it saves energy used. It’s not as clean as I would thought because the flushing is so strong that there is minimal water splash back.

Warm seating for winter!

Cool features like no touch flushing with a tap on the bottom or remote control. You can set the temperature to your own level of comfort and adjust the angles as needed. Took a little longer to install but we contacted the customer service for some troubleshooting and they were able to point us in the correct direction. Uses less water and very quite. I like the nightlight, like a beacon that says "I'm right here!" Overall, pretty happy and like we love to say, Keep On Flushing!

Not chair height

I had a contractor install this for a bathroom remodel. The height of this toilet is too short and not chair height. The automatic flush works and overall functions well. The only downside is the toilet is rather short to the ground and not a chair height.

My derrière has never felt so pampered

This one comes with a lot of bells and whistles: pre-wet bowl, heated seat, bidet, warm air to dry after, and more. The bidet? A gentle spring shower for your nether-regions. I mean, my posterior is practically celestial now. This throne isn’t just smart, it’s a wise investment in personal hygiene. I do wonder if its components will stand the test of time. I have some concerns about quality. I spotted a few errors/poor grammar or misspellings in the instructions, but hopefully that’s the only place they cut corners. Also note that you will need to have an electrical outlet in order to install. Here’s hoping it holds up overtime because once you’ve experienced a heated seat and bidet combo, there’s no going back to basic plumbing.

Elegant and modern toilet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation but keep in mind that they need a plug at the back which i don’t think everybody have it. Look sleek and elegant, the only concern issue the plastic lid feel a little cheap in my opinion. This is a very interesting from a standard toilet because it’s have a cell phone charger at the back, heated seat and auto flush.
