Great choice for a damp floor. Any moisture stays under the foam and allows the finished floor to stay away from moisture. The panels interlock which helps as well. These are well made and sturdy. I was walking all over these with boots and they didn't give at all. As noted in the product description they're an inch tall so you will loose at least that much in ceiling height but since they also insulate its a better option if you have the head room.

I thought this would work great as a subfloor for my room off my basement. I had a pipe leak recently and got water everywhere. Measuring and marking was easy. Cutting took some trial and error. Best edges I did were when I scored the top with my utility knife and snapped it on my knee. This technique produced the cleanest edge. Lightweight and easy to handle. Pieces were easy to push together. Very happy I was able to find this.

The panel slipped out my hand while carrying it and it deformed the groove. Overpriced for the quality of product you receive. Would not repurchase.

Easy to work with; quite light

I was stoked to insulate my basement with these. As I was installing a new vinyl flooring in my 700 square foot family room, I've went with this product since it was almost unanimously recommended. Installation went as expected, until I've noticed a major bump in my flooring after installing three more rows of flooring. I've backtracked my installation just to be sure I didnt drop anything on the subfloor or underneath it. Turns out that it was the actual subfloor that had a bump in it. Looking at the variation in color, it looks like something happened in transit between home depot and the manufacturer, even if the box was in perfect condition. The bump is darker in color and there's nothing that can fix it, given the weight tolerance of this product. So to correct this, I would have needed to remove 6 rows of flooring, rip half of my already installed and taped subfloor, just to swap that piece of subflooring. So i've decided to live with it. I will try to put something super heavy for a long period of time over that bump, but I have little expectations. Without that issue, I would have given a 5 star rating and recommend this product. But knowing one would need to inspect every single panel before installation and that Home Depot wouldnt take a return for one single sheet, I'm going to give it a 3 stars, but wont recommend this to anyone; which is very unfortunate.

Dricore was very easy to work with and install. As long as you follow the directions, this is one of the best products I’ve used for a subfloor.

I appreciated how easy this was to install. The price for material that is basically Styrofoam was disappointing. Hoping it lives up to its promises.
