Overall, we are very much pleased with the Delta Charmaine kitchen faucet. The on/off water handle is smooth in its operation and gives instant on and off water flow. The "Shield Sprat Technology" is not impressive.

We bought this style since our old one of 15years finialy failed. We like this one due to the new up grades Delta has done with its products. Our home has used Delta products for the past 35 years.

The Delta Kitchen Faucet was easy to install. Our kitchen sink and plumbing under the sink made it more difficult, so everyone will experience different results. I would recommend having two people, one above to help align the faucet and one below to tighten it up. I also recommend a long Philips shaft for your driver, or a long screw driver to make it easier to reach. The faucet gives you a number of options on installation based on your unique needs. It looks nice, and performs as expected.

Easy to install. Love the soap dispenser too. Looks great in my kitchen and will be nice to have the extra height when I am canning again this summer. The sprayer has an excellent magnet that holds tight. Would recommend to others!

Faucet handle broken after 6 years of heavy use
We love this faucet and we’re disappointed that the handle broke off leaving us wondering about a full replacement. Home Depot doesn’t offer replacement parts like this and we have to go to Delta for a full handle replacement. We have soft water so we are concerned why this part had broken. Remember to save your model number for a future fix.

I'm happy with it.......for now.
Not too difficult to install. The weight for the sprayer hose is not heavy enough, I will have to get another weight to install on the line. I'm hoping it lasts longer than a couple years, I don't want to have to replace it for a long time. Time will tell. It seems like a cool faucet, I just don't know about its durability. The instructions that come with it are worthless, there's an app you can download, I'd recommend you just use the app and type in the product number.
