Don't Buy This Faucet!
The design was appealing, so we bought it. We continually suffered with it for years: the water was too hot or too cold – it was impossible to adjust this easily to release warm water. (And yes we're aware there's a way to adjust it within the faucet.) We replaced it with the Moen Doherty kitchen faucet, and we're sooo much happier now. We also never used the SheildSpray feature – it's unnecessary.

Poor quality
The head does not work properly. The internal plastic components are the issue. I'm continually removing the head to slide a piece of plastic out of the way so water will flow. Looks like the function of the plastic piece is part of the spray mechanism and does not return to the correct position, so the water comes out less and less each time it's used. Until it's completely blocked.
