Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for the issue you are experiencing with your Delta faucet model 9159-CZ-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet and I am happy to help you.

Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies and check the flow from the faucet.
