Excellent service as always.

I found the handle on the top and bottom to be helpful in carrying the bags and was helpful in loading the salt into the softener It was bright white and I saw no visible impurities. Seems to last.

Two handled bag makes it easier to handle. The price is a bit less than other brands.

We use this product on a normal basis, so we know it'll fulfill our need. But the delivery wasn't great. Our delivery driver wanted me (an early 20s woman) to get on the bed of his truck to get all 6 bags we ordered out. Very odd experience

Very disappointed that HD has eliminated the ability to get a bulk rate discount AND military discount on tge same purchase. Seems like a 'kick in the butt' to veterans.
