This hanging pot rack with lights not only looks good, it's so useful and lights up the prep area nicely! So easy to grab a pot or pan, and it just about emptied out the island cabinet where they had been stored!
There had been 3 pendant hanging lights over the kitchen island. The pot rack with pots and pans was to hang from the middle so we went in the attic to reinforce for the weight.
We picked out a couple ceiling lights also from Home Depot to go on each side.
We're very pleased with this, and ordering online from Home Depot has always been easy, love the prompt free shipping!

Looks great & love how I can fill the inside up with items. Great lights my past one had 3 lights but the lights are better so the 2 works. I use mine for utensils not pots so I bought extra hooks for 10$. Highly recommended in this texture & color.

This product is beautiful and it also holds many of my pots and pans. The lights are a great bonus to the rack because it adds additional lights to my kitchen . I added had this added to replace a very large skylight that kept my kitchen heated all day long. So this beautiful and elegant pot rack is the perfect solution for me and it fixes perfectly over the island. I hope to share with neighbors this options as to saving money. Just close up the useless area and add this rack

Great quality pot rack for the best price I have seen- there are fancier ones but they are 2-3 times as much. I did have a few problems with installing it- the chains they provide are ridiculously long and seem to be for a kitchen with a cathedral ceiling. You can remove links from the chain but it is not easy as the links are very difficult to bend even with a heavy duty set of pliers. In the process of opening and closing the links you will leave some serious scratches on the chain even if you try to use cloth in between the pliers and the link- fortunately you really can't see them. The ceiling in my kitchen was too low(only about 7' in our old house) for even the shortest possible length of chain so I had to fashion a method of attaching the pot rack to the ceiling mount using a piece of u-channel aluminum that I just happened to have. I polished it up, drilled holes through it, went to hardware stores a cpl times to get the right size bolts and washers and got it working. As long as the ceiling holds it will be fine. I do wish that this pot rack had a method to secure it to different ceiling studs instead of just the one the electric box is attached to. I reinforced it with the screws they provided but it does seem like a lot of weight for just one point of attachment. Now that it's up I love it and it gives the kitchen a great look and it's much brighter. Got it up just in time for Superbowl and all the guests loved it. I used 60 watt equivalent Daylight LED lights. I did see a similar light that uses 100 watt instead of the 60 watt this one takes but it was nearly twice as much. Keep an eye out for a lighting sale as I saved 20% during one. They don't have them in stores but ordered online for home delivery free and it was here in less than a week.
