Using it and five (5) others for a clothesline in the basement of our home. Drilled holes first and then screwed "Plant Hook" into the floor joist .

They are really easy to use but you need to pre-start the hole because is gonna be very hard to insert this piece by hand, nice plastic wrap so they don’t get corroded
