From new to require repair in less than a week. Leaky handle turned this purchase into a nightmare. Then, after a strange process and mandatory waiver of product liability, the manufacturer sent a part to be replaced, a cartridge, without instruction on how to replace it. The true name of this product should be "Flaw" for bio-bidet deliberately selling a faulty defective product

I just purchased and installed (easily) the matte black model and what a FANTASTIC upgrade! Certainly opens up the sink area which we were in most need of.

Very easy to install. All the hook ups are on the unit. Love the NO TOUCH feature. Don't know how I lived without it before.

The Flow faucet provided an upgrade in every important area over the 20 year old fixture it replaced: ease of installation, dry/no drip seals, water saving flow rate, hold button on spray wand, and love/love/love the motion sensing feature!

Recently, I got the kitchen of my dreams and the flow motion sensor faucet was perfect combination of look and performance. It's was easy to install and it's very accurate to the motion gestures.

Until this week i woukd have given this 5 stars. However this week it has developed a leak at the joint between the sprayer and hose. Its a sealed joint area. Time to contact the manufacturer. Shame because its a nice looking faucet

Love everything about this faucet. We had to use the 3 hole nickel baseplate supplied in our single hole marble countertop due to the faucet handle wouldnt clear the marble using hot water. Barely clears the back marble countertop trim now, but works great. Think I like it with the Nickle baseplate better. Handle stay in same position where you move it. Automatic on and off water sensors works perfect with a wave of the hand. Pull out handle works great and sprays decent. Faucet stays in position using sprayer or not. Classy high quality nickle look. Best faucet I ever owned and would buy another if this lasts for awhile. Worth every penny and great deal of the day.

I couldn't believe the quality of this faucet and it's function. Installation was a breeze and worked perfect when first turned on. Excellent choice and it goes great with our new sink. Instructions were perfect and will be the last faucet we'll ever never. Great buy for the money.

I’m a pretty picky person, but this motion sensor faucet hit my expectations. Upon receiving the faucet, I notice a little notch behind the faucet head, which I normally hate, because it prevents the head from docking flush unless it’s exactly placed in the divot. However. This was not a huge issue with this faucet. The motion sensor works great, and I especially like how the water stops when you re-dock the faucet head! What a great feature. There is some getting used to using the motion sensor so I put post it notes on until my brain is conditioned to use the sensors. Haha. The knob allows you to set the flow and temp, and needs to be left on to your desired temp and flow rate. The faucet is a little wobbly from the connecting base, but not enough to notice unless you tug on it. The matte metal finish looks modern and classy. Would recommend for price and functionality.

I installed this product myself - no plumbing experience. I've had for about 5 months now and no complaints. I love that when I'm prepping and cooking, I don't have to touch the faucet to wash my hands. Ultimately, I'm sure this will help the product to last longer as it will be less wear and tear on the mechanicals. I purchased at HD for a super great price. I recommend for anyone who does a lot of cooking to help avoid cross contamination in the prep process.

Bought this faucet from Costco. Great deal. Installed it and worked flawlessly. After about 1.5 years, I noticed stuff that was wet under the sink. I investigated and found the water dribbling down the hoses coming from the sensor box with the batteries. Thankfully it’s a slow leak and I placed a bowl to catch the water for the time being. Also noticed that the top quick connection on the box is also wet. Not sure why a “quick connection” is used especially it’s just cheap plastic. A nut would have probably be better for securing the hoses. Now I am not sure how to fix the connection issues to the sensor box unless I change the connections which is impossible because of the quick connections. As you can see in the pictures below, you can see traces of where the water is coming from. I do not recommend this product because of the cheap “quick connections”. If you do decide to purchase this product I suggest to check under your sink from time to time for leaks from what I described above.

The faucet has the excellent quality. Installing in a new sink took me about 20 minutes. Motion activated feature is very neat and convenient when your hands are dirty that you don't want to touch the faucet handle.

There are two problems with this faucet which detract from its value. The hoses are too short which mean that you have to purchase extension hoses to extend to the inlet valves. The second problem is that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the water flow is very low. In my case the hot water flow was just a trickle. I finally discovered that the cause was small parts in the hoses (at the point they connect to the inlet valves) which are designed to restrict the flow. See the photograph. Once I pried these out with a small screwdriver the full flow was restored. Other than these issues the faucet works well and looks nice.

Love my new faucet .......very easy to install did it myself ......instructions plain and easy to follow...... absolutely worth the money...... very satisfied customer.

I was nervous to order a touch-less faucet but am now obsessed with it! We have been using it for about 3 weeks and it’s wonderful. The sensor does occasionally pickup the dishes I’m washing and turn off in the middle of washing, but that doesn’t happen often.

Works Perfect, great convenience when preparing food and your hands are wet. The handle mechanism feels extremely well made and operates smoothly. Faucet shuts off rapidly and responds immediately. I installed the Kohler Soap dispenser which is high quality and fantastic. Whole install time of faucet took less than 30-mins.

I am replacing my one-year kitchen faucet, this is the third one but waterlines are not reaching the valves. I will update this review.

We were skeptical about spending so much money on a faucet but it was definitely worth every penny! The FLOW Faucet works so well and looks wonderful! We were really pleased with how easy it was to install ourselves. We love the sleek texture of the faucet and the smart latch is probably one of the best things since my family can never put the spray head back in place. We have had the faucet for a few weeks now and it has been everything I wanted plus more. I never knew that I would use the motion sensor as much as I have. If you are on the fence about buying the FLOW faucet, definitely do it! I am so happy we made this purchase, it is my favorite thing in the kitchen!

Features work great. Feels almost plastic like/ cheap. All around I do like it. 4/5 if it didnt feel so cheap.

I purchased the Flow motion-activated kitchen faucet in response to a Home Depot one-day-only sale that reduced the cost by more than half the list price. I was not familiar with the Flow brand by bioBidet, but everything aspect of the product, its packaging, and installations conveyed a concern for quality. It was installed by a plumber during a remodeling project that included the addition of a kitchenette. Installation was straightforward, although it entails the added step of installing the battery-powered flow control device. The motion activation works as expected. A potential concern had been the placement of a soap dispenser and a small filtered-water faucet adjacent to the Flow faucet (see photo). We were not sure whether the faucet would be activated when we used the soap dispenser or the smaller faucet, but the Flow faucet requires that you place your hand within 3-4 inches of the sensor at its base to start or stop the flow of water. This technology has special significance in the context of the continuing pandemic. Although surface contamination appears to be less of a concern for COVID, it remains an issue for colds, flu, and other illnesses. The motion activation partly addresses this concern by eliminating repeated hand contact by multiple household members who could contribute to the spread of viruses and bacteria.

Got this on sale and haven’t been disappointed! I was worried it wouldn’t work as well because of the price difference, but this is a solid faucet!

Never knew i needed a motion activated faucet untill we got one. This faucet is amazing for the price.

Great looking faucet and super easy to install. Working great. The only thing I can say is the spray mode is not as efficient as it should be because it is very fast (not smooth) and water goes all different directions. My Kholer one was very smooth and didn't push the water outside the sink and also smooth on hands. If the pressure can be adjusted to make the spray mode smooth that will be great!! Overall one week in and no leaks and no other problem.

Extremely happy with our purchase. Still getting use to the motion part, but the faucet looks very sharp and was super easy to install. The only thing I didn't care for was the head is made of plastic. Really like that if you pull the handle, it turns on and when the handle is retracted, the water shuts off. Don't think it's worth 300, but got it when it was on sale 159. Think that's more of a reasonable price.

We bought this months before we moved into our house. Now that we’ve finally used it, we didn’t realize how much we would love this product! You’d never think you’d need a touch less sink until you’ve used one in the kitchen! Everyone who comes over gets so amazed and we recommend it to them!

Caught this on a daily sale. It has been great. Use it most when cooking and have dirty hands. Now I dont have to touch the faucet. Itnis amazing. Great pressure and controls. Only wosh it had a plug option instead of batteries

I have no idea how hard or easy installation is, as I hired a plumber to do it. But I do love this faucet. The convenience of being able to turn it on when my hands are messy is awesome. And it looks wonderful.
