I love this hose, it never gets tangled or folded. The water always flows perfectly!

I was about to take this back to Home Depot when I decided to put it on a hose reel as another reviewer recommended. It worked. Otherwise you will have nothing but kinks when dealing with it. The hose is so flexible and supple that the kinks will untwist and not leave a permanent crease in the hose but who wants to deal with the untwisting every time you use it. The process of pulling through the hose reel naturally untwists the hose as it is pulled. I also like that the hose is lighter then my other heavy duty hoses.

I truly do not understand how this hose is designed and tested. It kinked and twisted so much, I almost thought it was a joke... see photo. choose another hose, this one is garbage.

Hose crimp separated from the fitting due to water pressure alone. I'd wake up on a hot day and find my spray attachment on the ground in a pool of water. Trying to push the fitting back into the hose crimp would only last a couple of days. It's now in the trash can off to the landfill. And this hose was never pulled by the spray attachment.....always pulled by the hose itself.

I liked the swivelgrip connections. The description stated that the hose didn't kink but it did. I've had the hose for a little over a month. Though I'm disappointed about the kinks this hose is certainly better than the one I had.

Leader hose for my hose reel started leaking bad, so I bought this one and SWAN Heavy Duty Multipurpose Hose Swivel. Now it works like it supposed to be, or even better!

Easy to see, no accidentally damaging the hose. Durable.

I have really enjoyed this water hose. I surely hope it lives up to its ratings. I returned so many water hoses that I was unhappy with!!

Great material and connects smoothly and quickly.

Very heavy, ugly writing stamp all over them ruins whatever aesthetic value they gained with the custom colors. Reviews suggest they kink up to an unusable degree without a winder reel to put them on and also that they tend to melt if left outside in the heat, turning into a sticky wet gooey substance. I am trying to return them but I don’t have a car at the moment, so it will cost half the price of them to Uber over to Home Depot to return them. Yet still returning them unopened in their boxes because they are just too heavy for me to maneuver at around 10 pounds each (I bought 2 to join together). I had tried to cancel before shipping but was unsuccessful. They also have non-brass fittings which over time will weld themselves together with my other dissimilar metal fittings, which is the problem with my current hose that I am replacing. And I just spent 150 on brass quick connects and sprayers that I don’t want to have permanently welded to these hoses. So I made this order in error as these won’t work for my setup.

Never had a hose less prone to kinking. Exceeded expectations in all respects.

It started leaking in a week. And also, it kinks a lot, even if you have good water pressure.

A month after purchase and intermittent light use to water raised beds using a nozzle, the SwivelGrip with male end that connects to the nozzle separated from the hose. It worked for several days and then blew off, as if the connection was flawed and couldn't withstand light use. It cannot be reconnected. The hose kinking was annoying enough but workable, but now the hose is totally unusable. I'm stuck with an expensive hose no longer of use. I was stupid to fall for this gimmick.
