Works Great
This is my second purchase. I got 1 ga a few months ago to try out on a walkway. It beaded up nicely and was happy with how it turned out. I purchased 5 ga to seal the driveway and remaining walkways. Coverage was good with a garden sprayer. The water beads up well throughout the entire surface. I did pressure wash days prior to application. Spots where I aggressively washed were not visible but darked after application. So, don't be too aggressive when washing. Otherwise, looks great!

Easy to use!
This product was easy to use and understand! Very clear instructions! Easy on and dries quick, so you do not have to stay off for too long.

Great product
Purchase two 5 gallon buckets of SX50000 WB they arrived at my home 2 days later packaging was great. I wanted a product that wouldn't change color and easy to apply. I use my 4 gallon sprayer it worked very well and was easy to clean up soap and water. Rained a few days later it beaded right up. Hopefully will last many years. Thanks Foundation Armor

Does SX5000WB really work?
This is the update of my previous review of this product. I was suggested by Foundation Armor to use SC200 to remove the dark areas after applying the sealer per instruction on my driveway. I intended to do it to not seeing this eyesore. However, I decided not to do it because it will cost labor and money (to buy the SC200). And high chance that the dark is still there. Then can't keep going after these people.
Also in the package, there is a card asking buyer to write a review and will get a reward with a 10$ coupon for future purchase. I did it and never get that $10 intended to buy the SC200 (costs a lot more than that). It seems that this coupon is only for whoever gave them a 5-star rating. And I gave them a 2-star rating. I did not have even little trust in this product and this company. I will try other brand the next time. Behr has a much lower price and a national high reputation for their products.

As mentioned before, dark spots are a result of over application and in order to remove them, you have to remove the excess product that was left to form on the surface. Unfortunately, the SC200 (which we do not manufacture) is the only solution that we are aware of for removing over applied silane/siloxane. Good water based sealer
This product, when applied to my new concrete (2 coats) did not change the color at all. In fact I was a bit skeptical but once it rained, the new concrete beads water like crazy so there is no doubt its doing its job. Easy to apply and so easy to clean up being that its water based. Very pleased overall.

The product was easy to apply and now water beads on the surface of my exposed aggregate driveway. It did not significantly change the color or shade of the driveway. I chose this penetrating sealer after exhaustive research of both surface-coating and penetrating sealants. The fact that this should not need re-application for many years, if at all, was a deciding factor. I had a surface-coating type sealant applied around my pool several years ago (also exposed aggregate) and it probably needed resealing after just three years. I have chosen not to re-seal it, so far.

Hi! When a Silane-Siloxane sealer is over applied, you can end up with dark spots on the surface where the unreacted material has settled. You can give the surface a quick wash with some Spartan SC200 and it will remove any unreacted material. The Best Surprise is No Surprise
My neighbor research products and spent 1/3 more then I did on Foundation Armour and mine had better ratings. Besides doing my pool deck along with the edging of the pool I did my sidewalks, patio and driveway. Works great with a sprayer and no brushing needed. I would do this every year but I will have to wait since Foundation Armour is good for 7 to 10 years.

Foundation Armor SX5000 WB, Great Stuff
I did a lot of research on driveway sealers before selecting. Wanted something that would provide good winter freeze protection and didn't change appearance of the concrete. This stuff fit the bill perfectly. I made sure the driveway was clean and perfectly dry. Application of SX5000 WB went quickly and easily. Used a DeWalt sprayer with medium fan tip and a soft brush to smooth out puddled areas. Used approx 6-1/2 gallons for 700 sq ft driveway (2 coats). Finished driveway looks great!

Great Results - easy application!
The SX5000WB paver sealer went on easy with a garden sprayer and clean-up was simple. Used it for new pavers around the pool and lanai, but didn't want 'wet look'. End results are amazing, looks great and performing well. Looking forward to years of performance and enjoyment.

Do not recommend!
Used Foundation Armor as it had decent ratings and cheaper in 5gal buckets, with 10gals needed for driveway and sidewalk. I applied it per instructions and it left residual on the exposed rock/aggregate that tracks into your home well after cure time. Should have used Ghostshield that I used on the back patio, it penetrates into the exposed rocks that are the exposed aggregate and won't leave a residual that tracks into the house, now with slippery LVP floors that I'm still dealing with.

The Armor SX5000 WB is a penetrating, PRO grade water repellent sealer that is designed to penetrate into the surface and will not leave a film or coating. If you are seeing a surface film, there is either something on the concrete preventing the sealer from being able to penetrate, or the sealer was severely over-applied to the point where unreacted resin formed on the surface. If there is unreacted material on the surface that has hardened, it can't transfer from one surface to another. It can only transfer if you walk through the sealer while the sealer is still uncured and wet, and the wet sealer is on the bottom of your shoe.

Ease of use
I dreaded doing this project on my pool deck after doing my driveway a few years ago with a roller. Foundation Armor went on easy with a sprayer and covered completely. It dried fast. I even did as directed and sprayed the inside concrete edge of my pool. I know when I look out at my deck this winter in the northeast I will feel confident that my deck is protected. Not only this year but for 7to 10 years.

Easy to apply with garden sprayer. Glad I read directions about 2nd coat while wet b/c I used SC25 on concrete and it is a single-coat application. So I put 2 coats on and seems to be working well! I recommend this stuff to all my friends!

Great performance!
I constructed a fairly large patio using concrete pavers. While waiting 6 weeks for the polymeric sand to cure I would note after a rain that the pavers had absorbed water and turned a darker color. After the pavers dried the normal lighter color returned. After the 6 week cure time, I applied this sealer. Very easy to apply. A few days later it rained and low-and-behold the water was pooling on top of the pavers and the color of the pavers was the same! No absorption!

Great product for Bricks and Concrete
The product worked as advertised. Penetrated the mortar and bricks giving our sign a great seal. Used on concrete pillars too. Rained a few days later and water beaded up. Very happy with the product, highly recommend it.

I had to wait a full month for the concrete to fully cure before using this penetrating sealer. After that, I had to wait several more weeks before we had several dry, sunny days in a row, in order to meet the conditions necessary to use this sealer. Foundation Armor customer support was easily accessible to answer my questions about application. They advised spraying the product as preferable over using a roller. It could take years to determine how effective this sealer is going to be to protect the concrete from damage caused by the elements, or from salt, which I plan to avoid using anyway. Application definitely is easier if two people are involved. The surface appearance has not changed at all, since drying.
