Exactly what I needed for my portable generator hook-up. A reasonable price, shipped fast, very heavy duty, Only suggestion would be to make lever for switching sources a little longer or wider (a rubberized grip would be nice).

Generator transfer switch AKA double throw switch. My city requires this type of hookup for a generator, and it's better for me than the type where you pull out only 4-6 circuits. I wish they would stock these, but glad I could at least order it.

Basic manual transfer switch. Ample room for wiring. Ease of lid removal, lugs nicely labeled.

I bought this for an off-grid PV system. It worked out very well with no issue so far.

Installed very well next to my outdoor power panel. The transfer switch is used to switch from the 100 amp breaker feeding the essential power to the house to a twist-lock power plug I installed to hook up a stand-by generator during a power outage. It worked very well.
