We appreciate you taking a moment to share your feedback and experience with our combo unit. Oftentimes, excessive noise can be caused by failure to remove all shipping material. There are bolts and brackets in place on the rear of the unit in place to secure the wash basket during shipping. If they are not removed during installation, this can result in loud sounds, vibration and shaking. Other reasons the unit may be loud or shaking include the unit being unlevel or installed incorrectly on the riser, unbalanced loads, or a pump filter clog. The pump filter and any unbalanced loads may also contribute to items not being dry at the end of the cycle. The experience you've described with the SmartDispense drawer does not sound normal. In this instance, you would want to ensure the unit was connected to the SmartHQ app and up to date with the most recent version of the software. The Adaptive SmartDispense feature also allows you to scan the barcode on the detergent bottle with the SmartHQ app. Then, the washer will not only dispense the right amount based on load size, but it will also follow the detergent manufacturer's guidelines for that specific detergent. In regard to the lint filter, our combo was robustly designed to be fully capable of handling any lint that may make its way past the lint filter and accumulate on surfaces within the filter compartment while still operating with high efficiency. Typically, notification for the lint filter occurs every 5 cycles and notification for the foam filter occurs every 50 cycles. We do offer an appliance brush set, part number PM14X10056, to assist in cleaning any lint inside the compartment as well.
