After about a month of operating fine the LED became very dim.

3 of the 6 I bought I had to return as they did not work on any outlet. I tried them on 6 different outlets in different parts of the home. The 3 that did work were also tried on the same 6 outlets. No idea why they would not work. Sorry . Unfortunate batch as I have used these same covers on many outlets and they all still work after Over 2 years.

The nightlight feature is quite functional. I like it!

I bought 4 of these and NONE worked, I bought one with the motion censored light and it did work. Now I have to take them all off and take them back - Aggravating because it is a 20 minute drive one way!

Great light, after reading instructions it was pretty easy to install (I have4). Like a few other reviews, even in open area's it does not turn off at daybreak. So my next question is, how much electricity does it use in a 24 hour period ?

This is a good product. The light priduced from this cover is very bright and did not work in my application in the bathroom. I relocated to the hallway where it works fine. It is easy to install.

Item installed easy enough and worked well for about 3 weeks. Then one night I noticed it wasn't lit up. I uninstalled it to make sure the pins didn't get bent or anything, but they were fine. Reinstalled and it wouldn't light up. I read the reviews and many people indicated they also had theirs die in about a month for no reason. I've still got my receipt so I'll be returning it and won't buy another.

The light was bright the first couple of days and now it’s so dime that you can barely see see it at night.

These are fantastic and reasonably priced.

Lasted less than a month, got real dim, don’t last.

The metal contacts on these covers do not line up with my Leviton paddle switches. You have to rig them with extra wiring, or a metal tab of some sort (which I do not recommend) to make them work. I'm sure they work fine elsewhere, just not Leviton switches. And there's nothing here that states that. Will have to replace.

I tried installing two different ones at two different outlets. They do not just slip on. You might have to rig them to make them work. The first one, the metal contacts bent and I couldn't straighten them up to make positive contact with the switch. Eventually, they snapped off. The 2nd one, the plastic holding the metal contacts just snapped as I installed it, making it useless.

They work as expected. Seemed to be much cheaper than a similar product advertised on FB, which was where I got the idea.

Bought this as a hallway nightlight. It died after only probably 7-8 months of use. Wouldn’t buy this brand again.

If you've updated your outlets to include USB connections, it will not work with them because of the layout of the terminals. These are constructed to work with standard outlets. Also, there is a paper/card stock insert in the product after removing the primary packaging. Be careful removing this insert as it can bend the copper contacts and may affect the performance of the product. I did go back and get and get a different profile and swapped out the outlet, and it does work nicely. 👍

I think I have 8 of these scattered on the mainfloor and basement of my house. In bathrooms, hallways, great rooms etc to provide lighting along a pathway or in a room where a little light for navigation at night is helpful. I had 2 of these last more than a year in another home. So far all but one have worked for a while. I had one quit after only 4 months in a room that is dark 90% of the time. I replaced it and will see if it goes out after 4 months. In which case I may do something different. I like these because they don't use up an outlet and leave those available for vaccuums, entertainment, wall chargers, full lamps etc. They are easy to install simply unscrew the existing cover plate and screw in the glocover. For safety purposes please turn off the power at the circuit breaker before working on any outlet or electrical device. (Sometimes I actually do that.)

Delivered on time, and in good condition. Very easy to switch out and install.
