This product went on very well no problems with it.

I believe that it lasted 15 years before I re-coated it. It didn't really appear to need re-coating. Just did it for selling the house.

When I opened the bucket, I thought it was some sort of paste. It was very thick. We painted our 10 x10 shed and it was very easy! I am very impressed with this product and recommend it to anyone that has any roof issues. This product will work on most anything !!

This product was applied easily on the roof with a paint roller. I'm a great-grandmother and I need all the help I can get. Looks and works great!

Spread like a charm using a thick pad roller and extension pole. Applied approximately 70 F. Used two 5 gallon buckets on a 14x55 mobile home with slightly curved roof & had about a 1/4 bucket left after 2nd coat. Just finished up this past Saturday 11/7/20 so have high hopes will protect from leaks but not enough time to be sure but product sure looks good. So far I'm thrilled with results!

First time I coated my double wide with it and it was the easiest and most effective coating I have tried. Great product !

We were not expecting much after using the similar product from Henry. This product exceeded our expectations. This needs to be a stock item.

OK, so I've got the typical flat roof covered with hot-sealed rubber coating. Providing that you keep up with regular re-coating with sealer, and absent physical damage from severe hail or fallen trees...will last indefinitely. This "elastomeric" bright white sealer is great ! I will share with you the secret to doing it right. You will need (A) a 18" two-sided roller handle and a 1"-nap roller (B) a screw in pole handle (adjustable is better) (C) same sized rolling tray AND disposable liners !!! (D) a dollar store broom. If you don't own one pay the $5 for a 5-gallon bucket opener (you'll be glad you have it). Wash your roof the day before. I use a back-pack blower first, then hose. Choose a hot, sunny, dry day. Line your rolling pan and fill-er' up. Use your disposable broom as a brush and do the corners and parapet wall where the roller won't reach. Same around the chimney and roof vents. Then it's Roller Derby time ! Note: this product takes a full 24 hrs. to dry/cure. If it rains before this you'll have some of it washing away. Also, it is best if you plan on two, or even three coats. I wrap my roller and brush in garbage bags to keep them wet. Do not attempt to wash your roller, this is a one time thing (which is why you'll need the roller-pan liner...or you can just toss that too). Good Luck !

I had applied a Sta-Kool product about 10 years ago that after pressure washing the roof still looked pretty good. The Sta-Kool professional went on very well with much better coverage than advertised. I was able to do four coats rather than the two I expected. My 50 year old mobile home roof is looking really good. I would encourage anyone looking for this type of roof coating to buy this brand and this specific product.

Looks good going on but seems to breakdown after only 1 year. I ve tried a couple of products like this and don t think they protect for the years they advertise.

I've looked at the different elastomeric coverings around and the Gardner brand seemed to be one of the better ones for the price. It covered well, but do plan on using at least two coats for maximum benefit.

Works great we use it daily on the job easy to wash off

It fit the bill for what we were looking for. It is definitely very reflective (the roof is very bright in the sun). We will see how it holds up, but so far so good.
