Nice Kit from HDX. This is very similar to the kits you find at the pool supplier stores. It has everything you need and can be used dry, or underwater. I have used Underwater kits in the past ans surprisingly they work fine. The kit comes with a good amount of patch material so you could use this for multiple applications. It is always nice to have one of these kits on hand just in case a known accident happens you can apply this immediately. Or when you find your leak from losing water this kit will provide what you need.

Easy to use above or below water. Clean area around hole and mark with grease pencil. Cut patch larger than the hole, put on glue to patch then install working from inside out. Some corner comes may come up, put a dab of glue on finger and place under corner to seal. Best all around vinyl patch kit for the performance and cost and the only one I use.

I chose this vinyl patching kit for my dogs new swimming pool that is going to be installed for his birthday this summer. I want to be prepared for any accidental emergency tare or rips in the pool vinyl. This kit allows you to use the application under water, or dry surface. I like having the convenience of having both options. The vinyl in the kit is extremely durable. It comes in one size sheet for cut to size for the hole to be repaired.

Pool that I bought brand new had two holes. I saw this after I filled my pool a quarter of water. Saw that they were selling this patching kit and bought it at my local store and ordered it for locker pickup. The patching system worked perfectly. Follow the instructions for wet application and for dry. My pool is a 14ft above the ground vinly pool.

Product worked great on 2 seam holes on my above ground pool. Would highly recommend.

I have a hole. In my pool. Fought tooth and nail to get a patch kit in July.... go to Home Depot, patch kit in hand..... here I am, in my swimsuit at 10pm about to patch my pool so my kids can swim tomorrow and guess what?? THERES NO PATCHES IN MY BOX. There’s a swab, glue, instructions... THATS IT. I am really disappointed. This is not the only reviewer that’s had no patches in their box. I need some yesterday! What do I do now?

Used this to fix two tears in my vinyl liner from heavy rain and over fill that raised up and tore the liner. I applied it underwater and it took first time. Be sure to follow instructions and have no air bubbles in patch and fold in half for underwater work, open quickly then smooth out. It was easy and effective. From standing up position patch is not noticeable. Very happy so far. Will watch over time and update if needed.

This product worked on the first try for every hole I needed to patch including the six I patched under water. I will purchase this product again in the future as needed.

Really unfortunate. I used as directed, carefully followed directions an it was a mess to the point of not working at all and made subsequent repairs very difficult. I am wondering if the patch material was somehow contaminated but I would buy something else rather than try again.

I gave it an excellent rating because this product works. It was a bit challenging to use but only because we worked under water and it was challenging to fight floating while applying , however the fact that this product worked even underwater says a lot. Thx you !!

The glue dried up pretty quick so I had to put more glue on top of the other glue and work fast to adhere it to the pool it stuck with out failure and is working great thanks

This product worked so well. No more leaks in pool. Dries quickly so you have to work fast but does the job!

I used this product to patch a hole in a waterbed mattress, and it worked perfectly.

So far it’s working some. Still leaking. Bought some different patches. Will try that with the adhesive.

I actually purchased this to patch a large hole a rat chewed in a sofa bed air mattress. So far, so good. Time will tell.
