Bought this Dishwasher for our 2nd home and after 3 uses it just stopped turning on. The outlet still works but the washer just isn't turning on. Called customer support was on hold for over 1 hour just for them to tell me they could only look up if it was under warranty if they have the serial number. It took another month for me to get the serial number, for them to tell me its a week out of 1 year warranty and it would be on my dime for the tech to come out. $1,000 wasted & need a new washer.

Just purchased but so far so good. Not too loud, great price, seems good quality

Beautiful appliance that works as good as it looks.

This dishwasher is very small but works. It gets the dishes clean, but it does not dry them as far as I can tell. I have only had it for a short time. It may have a drying cycle but I can’t find it.

The dishwasher worked OK (had to rehash a few times) for the first year. Shortly after the warranty expired it stopped working. After a $109.00 service call was told the repair part would be just under the price of a new dishwasher. I'm shopping for a new one,definitely not a Haier.

Good for the first wash. It works. Thats nice. Contact me in 9 years for an update. Last one lasted 25

I've owned this dishwasher for 2 months. The design was compact, installation was relatively straightforward and the machine ran quietly. While our initial impression of this product was favorable, our experience using it was anything but. There's a clear design flaw with the lower rack where the wheels aren't deep enough to hold it onto the tracks, and the rack frequently slid out of the dishwasher, crashing onto the floor. The soap dispenser is cheaply constructed and unreliable. The majority of the time, the door fails to open, leaving the dishes inadequately washed. The whole premise of buying a dishwasher is to have one's dishes washed. In this regard, Haier fails to deliver. Since the return period has elapsed, I am left with an over glorified dish rack and I am still washing my dishes by hand. Please save yourself the headache and consider another product.

Just horrible. They delivered me not one but TWO units that did not work. From leaks, to mechanical problems - this dishwasher is a nightmare. Do not recommend.

We have not installed it yet but have given it a name--Swishy. However it is small enough to fit into a tight space. We measured all of the Skinny appliances we are using to create a One Wall Kitchen. Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Sink/faucet/garbage disposal/Cabinet all on 9 feet of wall space. Swishy looks VERY expensive and will put those gross over sized kitchens to shame $$$$$.

perfect size. quiet dishwasher, as others have said dry cycle isn't what they expected. however...it runs on very low amperage so if you have electrical considerations this is the dishwasher for you. hardwire or plug, I like having the choice. I love that you connect the wiring to the dishwasher from the front, this makes it very easy to install, just keep this in mind when determining the length of wire or cord you need. it was very easy to install. mine arrived with a small dent above the handle and it was easily addressed and it was painlessly swapped out for a new one. My only wish is that it came in the same color as their 27" refrigerator (which I love btw). the D/W and fridge stainless don't match. mine sit next to each other so it's a tad off but mot enough to be a deal breaker. Haier was one of a small few that had the non standard sized appliances I needed for my small space. Happy with the purchase.

We need a small ADA dishwasher to fit under our cabinet space. This dishwasher fits perfectly. I have not experienced any issues.

We love it! Very quiet in our small kitchen. We went from no dishwasher to this and we are able to get much more done on our farm without taking the time to hand wash every little item.

We love our new Haier dishwasher! It's compact, but also holds enough dishes to only run it every 2-3 days. It gets all of the dishes very clean and saves energy/water too!

Dishes are wet when cycle is completed and the top rack is not clean. It doesn’t have a drying feature and no spray arm for the top. It’s also a very short dishwasher, which was disclosed (“ada compliant”) but it looks odd next to regular 36 inch cabinets. It’s like a toy dishwasher, not made for a real kitchen. Now that I’ve read the reviews about the vent issue I noticed that steam is coming out of that side of the dishwasher. I wish I would’ve spent $400 more to get a real dishwasher!

It is really hard to tell when it’s finished. It’s great it’s quiet but I have run more than one load again bc my family puts dirty dishes in with clean or mostly clean dishes and it’s too hard to tell. I don’t know how long the run-time is, but it seems very long.

It works great, but the ease of turning it off could be better.

We have had it for We use the light cycle mainly because it's only 45 minutes long and dishes come out super clean. It's a pretty quiet machine. It's small but a perfect size for our 2-person household. We run it every 2 days.
