Very satisfied. I wanted 3,it showed there were 8 in store in Zachary, La. The salesman was great. He helped us look for about 45 minutes, but all he could find was 1. He even took the ladder and checked.

Had to return it. The light covers were made out of plastic n ot glass, and they had a specific pattern that locked them into the light housing. You couldn't replace them easily.

We are sorry to hear that you had this issue. As stated in the product details the fan includes frosted white shatter resistant plastic shades that mimic frosted glass with the added benefit of not breaking if dropped during cleaning.

DO NOT BUY THIS FAN
Whoever designed this is a terrible engineer. Putting up or taking down this fan is the worst out of any fan I have ever installed. Installing this thing is a nightmare compared to other fans. Need to get into the box? Have fun taking apart the entire fan. On top of that you can't screw in the mounting bracket while the motor is on, and the security piece? Plastic. What a joke. DO NOT BUY THIS FAN.

I love this fan. It's very quiet. It meets my expectations. The lighting was so bright compared to a ceiling light. Very very nice. The pull chain's weren't long enough so I lmade them longer to reach better. No delivery charge. No damages on the box and everthing that was suppose to be in the box was there. No missing parts. That's a biggy in my book.

Great buy
This fan was a great buy at less than $50. Super easy to install. Super fast 2 day delivery. Mine replaced a 10 year old fan that was going bad and loud! This one is nice and quiet for the price. I like the flush mount and all I needed was a step ladder and and screw driver. It’s efffective and does the job. The led lights are very bright. I’d prefer not so bright of bulbs. Overall this is an upgrade at a crazy great price. It’s definitely more energy efficient which is a bonus.
