Great Product for the price

Cools fine, leaks water like crazy through the connectors. Probably not worth the price.

It gets the job done, we have it for a commercial kitchen

I just love it. Spending more time outside keeps us confortable. And we live in the desert Can get up to 120.

It works fine but doesn't have an auto shut off water valve and it creates a massive amount of humidity which it specifically says it doesn't.

Overall it is a good machine, not great , but for the price it is very good. I compared with other models and they were almost double the price. Only two draw backs, it goes thru water quickly, quicker than I expected. Second, the higher you put the fan up, the less it cools. Keep at low and you will get the better lower temperature you desire.

This thing is awesome. It's the only way we can sit on our back porch during the hot Texas summer. You do need to be in line with the fan to feel it, but my porch is 30 feet long and you can feel it all the way to the end. An example of its cooling is; the temperature on my porch was 100 degrees but the fan was blowing air out at 78 degrees or so. We love it!!!

Received product, easy to assemble, and extremely efficient. Prior had the 48” port a cool, this one is way more efficient and 1/2 the price. Im located in Mansfield Texas, yesterday was 102 out, this along with some more fans brought my 30x50 shop down to 85! Im very impressed with the product and well worth the price.

Got it home, removed all the packaging, and the back panel clips were broken. Much of the hardware that secures the media boards to the panels were broken as well. Also, locking casters won’t stay locked. Lastly, the drain plug leaks. Our Home Depot is almost 70 miles away, so I made due. Once I got it filled with water, let the pump run to wet the media boards, then fired up the fan, I was so impressed by the cool air, the 3-speeds, and the oscillating blades, that I decided to make the best of it. I will try and see if I can get 2 new locking casters, and some extra plastic hardware for securing the media boards to the panels. I would have loved to rate it higher, but needed to give accurate info. We will use it on our patio outdoors. We live in the Arizona desert. When I got it and tested it, the temperature was 106. I was blown away (pun intended).

Cools our 2400 s.f. shop in no time. It remains about 15 to 20 degrees cooler than outside in this arid part of the country. 7200' above sea level, Wyoming, up to 95*F outside so far. We keep a back bay door open about 14" and the front walk in door open to remove the heat. Works great so far!

I've had 3 fail in under a year ! Complete garbage ! They work good when they work but cheap parts.

Broke in 5 days - waiting on a new pump... the 3 porta-cool units have been running flawlessly for months.

Easy to operate, makes our hot metal warehouse bearable When it's super hot out, and We live in hot Arizona. Glad we got it.

I have been use many evap cooler but and this is the best evap cooler I would like to refer to everyone to buy this. It’s good like subscribed.

I am on my 3rd year of the 11,000 in Houston and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Now I’m shopping for a smaller one for my RV, took my big one a couple of times and its great, just too big for portability
