The product is great just what we needed to organize and area and have a place for everyone's coats and jackets

The white 5-hook rack was something that I was looking for over all its decent. The main problem is the mounting hardware, it needs to be beefed up as mine fell down after it was mounted with only two pairs of jeans, sweatpants and 4- belts. It wound up doing some damage to the wall which had to be fixed. I installed larger mounting anchors that had larger screws. This item was rated to hold up to 35 lbs., what I had was about 10-lbs.

Looks great and easy to install – although the screw anchors seem to be fairly light duty.

Excellent customer service

We like the looks of this but it is missing the screw covers, a small but important detail. This is a 3rd party item and the local store cannot do anything but handle a return on the product for the missing components. If the parts were there it would be a 5, but I cannot match the wood tone and shouldn’t have to pay more for items that are supposed to be included.

This rack with hook unit was on sale for less than $10...the cost of the hooks alone would have been more than that (if purchased seperately) so buying this was a no-brainer!

It’s the perfect coat rack now that cold weather is upon us. One of the hooks is for caps snd the others are for all the coats coming out of the hall closet
