Shoddy app
Most issues are with the app and its horrendous reliability. If the app loads, which itself is not a given, then sometimes pages within the app don’t load. And even when they do, sometimes you’ll get a motion alert and go to view the video and no video will be available. And you’ll check back later... and still no video. My internet speed far exceeds the requirements for this to work and this issue has lasted through three or four moves and two or three service providers. It is 100% the app and product.

Has Some Real Drawbacks
Just ok in low light situations. Motion sensor is set to the lowest level and yet it seems to send an alert when a gnat flies by it. Also can't connect it to my Honeywell Lyric security system so now I have two applications I have to use for security and cameras. It's a nice looking camera and the picture quality is not bad. It stays connected to the wi-fi, although if you don't follow the instructions to a tee, you'll be resetting it during set-up. So read carefully. Overall, a very average to below average purchase.

Pointless Memory Card slot for subscriptions
Like the camera, but Honeywell forces you to by a subscription regardless of the size of the memory card in the camera.

Poor video quality
The quality of video that Honeywell advertises isn’t accurate. The video streaming is poor quality I’ve have seen better quality on 40 dollar security cameras.

High quality video if you have high bandwidth.
Very good quality video. Occasionally I get "lost connection". Would like to see an option in settings to have it take a series of 6 snapshots and send to an email address.

Worse camera ever for secuirty
Camera is pretty useless. Can't d'l videos to your computer. quick clips is all you can watch. can view from the computer. Sound is horrible. App for phone is useless also. Notifications will either fill up your mailbox or phone. Think their worst and dumbest worked on this.

Lyric Eco System.
I’m an FAE for Honeywell and based out of Golden Valley. I have two C2 cameras and four Freeze, Water Leak Detectors. I bought these to monitor my home and condo when I’m away. Your products are inferior in almost every way compared to your competitors but your Home app is better.

It’s OK
Video is not that clear and it needs better alerts like the “Ring” door bell camera... the only alert I get is through email, I need an alert to my smart phone that beeps or something... other than that, it’s ok, but I do like that you can see in the night.

Cost-effective convenient home security camera!
We have been using the Honeywell Home app to access our T6 Pro Wi-Fi thermostat. It took a few minutes to add the C2 as a new device. Its compact and works well providing sound and motion alerts with automatic geofence activation when we come & go from our house. Picture quality is decent night or day. The Honeywell Home app is easy to use.

It's expensive but it works
The camera works well, but it is really really overpriced compared to the other myriad number of cameras that are currently out there. I wish I purchased cheaper cameras than this one, though the picture is pretty good and I like the look of it and the swivel mount is handy.

Terrible Purchase - Lagging
This camera is pretty bad. It hooks up pretty easily and has some awesome features, but it lags like no other - from video to audio. Everything is delayed regardless of how strong my wi-fi connection is. Definitely a terrible purchase.
