This controller worked perfectly for my application. I have 8 individual zones and a couple of those were 2 solenoid valves per zone. Also, throughout the entire watering program I am running a master valve relay. So, at times this controller is energizing 3 coils simultaneously. This is a great investment that I never have to worry about. It has more functions that I will probably never use. It's very easy to program...very user friendly. Been running a couple of months now and no issues at all. Completely automatic beyond my expectations! I would definitely buy another if needed in the future.

Our landscaper installed the Hunter X-Core to serve just 1 station. This controller couldn’t handle even that. The knob broke after 2 years of light use. Search the internet and you’ll see this is a common problem with this controller, but Hunter doesn’t address it on its website. I won’t be replacing it with a Hunter, that’s for sure.

They installed this junk for whatever reason onmy new house I built. Multiple times tech had to come fix within the first month for not watering, saying it was watering but not, throwing error codes, etc. Took me one month of this too replace it with Orbit B-Hyve, cheaper, better built, is a smart sprinkler i can easily control, dis i mention CHEAPER?! The Hunter is hot garbage stay away!

We bought this to replace an older Hunter X-Core model that had stopped working. Because we already had the system and mount installed, installation was quick and easy.
Excellent station controller, very easy to connect, read and program. Very happy with this purchase.
