I bought the vacuum unit and accessories about 8 weeks ago. The unit was easy to install, lightwieght and smaller than my broken unit. The vacuum works great.

We had purchased this about a month ago online. Installation went well even though I home is over 72 years old and is mainly lath and plaster walls. This system is extremely quite however I still added an aftermarket silencer and vented to the outside. The suction is the best we have ever had and is very powerful. We would highly recommend this unit.

It was advertised as being able to use it bagged or bagless. However if you have animals that shed a lot, you need to use it bagged. The hair will cause the filter to become clogged and the unit will overheat and operate at half power. I struggled with figuring this out for a month after installing the unit, prompting me to submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Eventually I figured out the issue, and since then it operates wonderfully. However, I waned a bagless, low maintenance central vac. Knowing then what I know now, I would have purchased a different unit.

Have used it for a couple months. The on/off switch sometimes doesn’t work, and sometimes won’t turn off. Hopefully will not completely quit.

We purchased this unit as a replacement for our 20 year old unit that finally kicked the bucket. Installation was easy since it was a replacement. I do not like the bare floor accessory as well as the old one but like the power head better.

It has great suction and very easy to use. Installation was easy as well. I love how the power head goes under furniture that upright couldn't get under.

Prior to purchasing the Central Vacuum system, I called Husky customer service inquiring about the system size I should purchase for a 2,500sf home and the procedure for obtaining a direct connect adapter. The customer service rep. assured me the Flex system had plenty of power for our home and she was right. The adapter arrived right on schedule as promised. The system is very easy to install, the attachments are sufficient to clean any home surface. We strongly recommend this purchase.

I bought this online @ Home depot on Nov 29, 2017 and received it on Dec 12, 2017. It was to replace the central vac we had. Easy replacement install. We have only used it once so far but had a problem already. The on/off switch on the hose stopped working. Meaning we couldn't turn off the vacuum. So we unplugged the hose from the wall and the vacuum still wouldn't turn off. Good thing I noticed that it was still running outside because we couldn't really tell from in the house and I'm sure it would have burnt out if I hadn't noticed. I had to go outside and unplug the unit and then plug it back in. Then back inside I plugged the hose back into the wall and it worked again. Tried the switch on the hose and it seemed to work again but the delay of turning off is not instant. It takes the unit a while to start to shut down. Turned it off and on a few times and it did turn off but with delay still. I will be vacuum often to make sure it doesn't happen again but wish the delay wasn't there because I think it might cause problems in the future.

Love this vacuum, for its compact size and powerful suction.

Purchase this vacuum online from home depot delivery was fast. No problem at all with this vacuum works great in my 4,000 sq ft bungalow with loft home.

It's a fantastic product and I will never go back to a normal vacuum cleaner again.

Bought this one month ago. Compared the major brands and this came out at the top based on factors I saw as important - water lift, filtration system, metal construction, noise level. Hired a pro to install and he said it was easy. So far it has proved to be everything we expected.

great replacement unit...compatable with existing outlets, quiet, great suction.

Disappointed in this central vac. Although customer service sent us replacement accessories, the problems we have experienced seem to stem from the design of some of accessories- the button lock on the Wand does not work well, the upholstery tool falls off the handle during operation.

I replaced a 20 year old name brand system vacuum unit after one of the two motors in it went bad. The Husky has plenty of suction for the 3000 sq ft two story house. Outlets are centrally located but the new hose is 5' longer than the old one so there's less hassle.

Small unit with a lot of punch. Love the storage bag and the attachment. Excellent value and quality.

Very easy to install, quiet, powerful and easy to clean.

We have hardwood throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. We added a 35ft hose and the suction is great with the farthest reach about 120ft from the canister. Easy to change accessories and very quiet motor.

About one month in use and so far no complaints. Very powerful unit for the size it is, my old unit was twice as big and no match in suction power. The only reason I gave four stars is that brushes have no rubber cover as my old unit.

The canister is thoughtfully designed, easy to install, quiet, and suitability powerful. The power head is not great quality compared to some but it is great for a house that only has a couple area rugs.

This vacuum works very well am pleased with it . The only issue I had was the hose should be atlease 35 ft. Long 30 ft is no long enough . Also the hose I received was defective that gave me a issue.
