Textured floor surface alright, must be set in mortar base

The unit could have been made with a thicker plastic feels like it may break, hope it doesn't.

Great base needed the bigger size for my 6’ shower. Fit great solid very sturdy. You do have to put cement under it for support but way easier than building your own cement base

It is one large pan but it works well and is comfortable to stand on while showering. The drain was a little difficult to install but other then that, it is a great product!

The drain hole in the pan is not exactly straight and flat. So when you tighten everything down the drain isint exactly flat.

The acrylic finish is very brittle. Seems more like styrene. Quite disappointed.

Easy to install. Great price for a base this size. Good value.

unit was warped and wouldnt sit flat on sub floor. Ended up installing it with a 5/8" gap between the bottom front edge and sub floor. had to put it in becasue I waited almost 2 months. this installation was done by a professional plumber.

This base arrived in by freight in good condition. Installation was some work as it has to be installed on a mortar base. Drain worked well, make sure to lubricate the pipe when setting the base down. Note: this base does pitch slightly down to the center. Overall, great price and satisfied.

Took atleast 3 weeks to arrive but seems very nice and sturdy. Only took 1.5 bags of structolite for install because the underside is flat. Drain is center at 18 x 36.

Good quality

This base is large and exactly what we were looking for. The unit was crated very nice and protected better than expected. Set in a motor base as instructed. A couple small areas seemed to be a little soft where gel coat may not have bonded to fiberglass. Time will tell but base is set solid.

I purchased this item online, site unseen, and picked it up at my local store a few weeks later. The item was well packaged, crated actually, and very heavy. One unpacked it was easy to maneuver with two persons. It is not truly 36 in x 72 in, rather 35 5/8 in x 71 5/8 in. The base does not have any feet and must be set in mortar for stability and to be level. The leveling proved to be a challenge with such a large size base. My plumber has to re-set the base because it is "loose" and not level. He may replace it altogether.
