I love the look of this faucet. I bought it mainly for the touch feature and design. As many others have mentioned, it does come with flaws. We have only had this faucet installed and in use for about 6 weeks. The most frustrating thing is that it constantly turns itself very quickly, so if you have dishes, pots, pans that require hand washing, get ready to have to constantly be turning the faucet back on. I wish there was a way to adjust the length of time it runs before turning off. I tried using the faucet in mechanical mode and it does not operate. No water will come on in mechanical mode. I tried just removing the batteries to turn it into a regular faucet, but it will not function. Additionally, it has started leaking from the sprayer button. Just constantly dripping while in use. I wish I had never purchased this faucet. My entire family hates it.

May 2024. I installed this chrome Kraus Oletto faucet yesterday. It's replacing a 30 year old chrome Delta single handle low arc faucet. These are my first impressions. The faucet was easy to install but took me about an hour. The manual says that the minimum required hole diameter is 1-3/8", and it's correct; I had to enlarge the hole from 1-1/4" to 1-3/8". I feared that the assembly would be wobbly, but the way the collar fits braces the assembly so that when installed it is quite solid. Something that's not mentioned in the manual (perhaps because it's obvious) is that the attachment hoses are color coded: red is hot, blue is cold. Attached that way, cold water flows when the handle is vertical and hot when it's horizontal (forward). When I first picked up the faucet, I thought if felt light. But, once installed it feels solid. The chrome is very bright (in comparison to the 30 year old Delta). The faucet is big; it dominates the sink area. It functions well, as expected. The spray stream is cylindrical, about 1" diameter. The nozzle stream is on spray only when the button is pressed. The solid stream is aerated, so it doesn't splash back when it hits the sink. Overall, I'm pleased with the faucet. I expect that I'll get used to the way it dominates the sink. (This is my 2nd submission with photos added.)

I'm loving my new touchless faucet! It's so convenient, and my favorite part is the pull-down spray head with its extended range of motion. Now I can easily reach every corner of my sink. Definitely a game-changer!

I purchased Kraus model KPF-2620 Stainless steel smudge proof model several years ago with the push button feature that was a design flaw. I e-mailed about the button constantly being stuck in the spray mode. Customer service dept had updated the flawed design problem to a switch type conversion (as you see above). However, Kraus wanted to charge me $15.00 dollars plus $15.00 in shipping cost with the new updated slider switch feature for a problem they had known and had updated. You would think as a courtesy this new updated would be a complimentary shipment, but to no avail. Pass on this one!

Love my new faucet. I was able to install w/o my husband's help. It is beautiful. The touchless feature works great and the faucet itself looks great! (I used command strips to secure battery box) If I could change anything I wish it had an optional plug in for the faucet.

Love the color of the Oletto but are continually frustrated by the hose. The hose leaks and we continuously have to pull the hose down to allow the water to drain, if we don’t it backs up and leaks below and into our cabinet. We've reached out to customer whose been responsive and offered to send two new hoses which are we’ve replaced both times. Look elsewhere.

There seems to be hundreds of choices for kitchen faucets, so knowing that we picked the exact one for our needs is very satisfying. The fact that the Kraus unit is half the price of many other faucets gave us some doubt before we purchased it, but after installation there isn't one aspect of the design that we can criticize. We highly recommend the Antique Champaign Bronze finish. It truely is spot free.

I have loved every Kraus product I have ever bought, but this faucet has cost me! The connectors are very slim and the cold side failed, or the previous plumber over-tightened or stripped the VERY limited threads on the connector. Now I have had to pay for a second plumber to diagnose the issue, which he says is the connector. I noticed the ultra slim connector and suspected that was the problem. Confirmed by the plumber. Not happy - $845 additional dollars gone, including labor and new faucet.

What a shame, I loved design of the faucet, but the handle started to fall apart after few months of use. Now it just leaks whenever I turn on the faucet. Not worth the money and hassle.

Love the design of this faucet. Super sleek and functional. Tremendously disappointed by the quality. Bought this in Oct 2020 and in that time I had to replace the spray head because the diverter buttons stopped working and it would just stay on spray. This was after only 2 years. Now the faucet handle snapped clean off. This is all with regular household usage in only 2.5 years. What a shame. Yes this is a great looking faucet but look elsewhere for durability. You won't find it here.

Spray head broke within 2 years and at least a replacement part was available but had to pay shipping on top of replacement part cost which cost the same as the part. Made a loud noise because sprayer wouldn’t stay in flow or spray mode. I would recommend for the sleek modern design but not for the quality and warranty.

Installed this Oletto faucet in Jan 2020 and the handle snapped off after three years of normal use.

I am blown away at how handy this faucet is. It works so well, and I love the different features it has. Well worth it!

We can’t always use our on/off handle manually as needed. Sometimes I turn on water and it won’t work unless I wave my hand for the sensor. Get annoying after a bit. I can turn the water on and off manually over and over for a bit, then walk away for awhile and come back, and go to turn water on with handle and then it won’t work without waving hand in front of sensor. Wondering if I have a faulty product, or is this what it is? Love the color, the sprayer, the cord length..basically everything else, but the random sensor issue.

First issue was the counterweight piece in 1 year of buying. It still doesn't fully retract but we've been working around it. What we can't look past is the decrease in water pressure and it's at the point where it only does the spray stream unless you hold down the reg stream button. You can get some pressure back if you hold the button while using it but it's no where near the pressure it used to be the first year we used it. It also honks if you try to turn on the water just a little bit.

We absolutely love this faucet! The color is a beautiful soft gold- not yellow at all. The touch feature is an amazing addition! It’s perfect for when your hands are full. I was skeptical at first on whether it would work well but we have had it and heavily used it for over a month and it works great. Every sink should have this feature!

The look is awesome! I read a lot of reviews to determine which faucet was best for me, water pressure was important. Installation was so easy and quick. Several reviews talked about the plastic anchors, this issue has been resolved they are now medal which was a nice surprise. This has been a great addition to my kitchen, love the look.

We liked the looks and performance of this Kraus faucet at first but there are two substantial issues shortly after the warranty period ended. First the water control lever that sticks up from the faucet broke off without any undo force applied. This is probably a manufacturing defect that eventually cracked due to metal fatigue. While annoying we were still able to turn the water on and off. See its absence in the photo below. Shortly later we noticed the water volume slowly decreasing. The problem here is the stream/spay control button on the end of the pull down portion of the faucet (ie near where the water exits). If you press and hold down the stream button the volume will increase to near the maximum we observed prior to the problem occurring. So because you have to hold the button down in order to get full water volume, it becomes very tedious to fill a pot or even a large glass with water. And no, we do not have a water pressure issue at our residence. tldr; a faucet with nice looks, but with manufacturing issues that affects usability

Originally loved the look of this faucet, but now it has ruined our new quartz kitchen countertops. The finish of the brushed brass faucet has worn away and seeped onto the counters, staining the quartz around the base. Very disappointed.

We love the design of the Oletto but are continually frustrated by the hose retraction. We’ve had our contractor adjust it several times but it fails again and again. The nozzle just hangs without completely retracting. We even manually pull the hose down underneath but the position is short-lived. Much as we like the look, we don’t like the function and wouldn’t buy again.

We have used this faucet for 2 years now. Paired it with Krauss' KP1TS33S-2 top mount sink. After many years of looking for a commercial faucet to put in our kitchen, we settled on the Oletto. It was super easy to install, the faucet hose actually extends out to 24 1'2" for us, (which is very helpful when washing the hounds) but your mileage may vary there. It hasn't dripped, leaked, or clogged, even with our hard water. It's a breeze to clean, could rotate 360* if we didn't have a wall in the way, has infinite temp control, a stream or spray option head that can be rotated or angled a little if needed, even the cartridges are easily accessed, should you ever need to change them - which we have not so far. It's tall enough, with the sink it's paired to, to get a 36qt. stock pot underneath for filling or cleaning, yet not so tall as to need a red light on top of it (if you've shopped commercial faucets, you know what I mean). It's built as heavily as a commercial, as functional as a commercial, as reliable as a commercial, without the ridiculous investment cost or mechanical room sex appeal of an actual commercial faucet. It even looks great with a bunch of useless crap piled on a shelf behind it during install - picture included for reference. Get it. Use it. You'll love it.

After 1 year of use the handle broke off in my hand while doing dishes. Not repairable…need new faucet.

We were generally pleased with the Faucet until the handle shaft broke off. Considering the price paid for this Faucet it seems quite unreasonable that this should break within such a short period of time.

Love the look. Wish the sprayer was more user friendly. I am pleased with the faucet overall though.

This is one of our favorite Kraus products, always a clean aesthetic with spot free design. The Oletto flawlessly pairs with other design emergents in the space as well. Form and function are both met with this product.

Beautiful, good spray, but the sprayer has a tough time retracting after you use it due to the extreme bend.

Hello! We purchased this faucet a few months ago. We love it except the handle just broke off in regular use...no force of any kind. I noticed a similar complaint above, so it appears a stronger material is needed. Help! (and thanks)

I’m very happy with this faucet. It looks very modern and sleek. Also it seems very sturdy. I’m very happy with it overall!
