I made a whole chicken and it was so tender and juicy. Made baby back ribs and they turned out so tender. I really like the hinged lid that is easy to open up. I highly recommend the Kamado grill!

I liked it so much I bought it that night while visiting in Atlanta and it was at my doorstep in Scottsdale the next day. The versatility is amazing. The diversity of foods you can cook is fantastic and I find regulating the temp to be very easy. Love my Kamado Joe!

I use it 2 or 3 times a week in the northeast year round.I grill on it, smoke on ot, use the rotisserie, just an amazing all around grill that can literally do anything!!

Great taste, bit of a learning curve, but YouTube videos with Chef Eric, John S., and James smoking dad BBQ are extremely informative. Big block charcoal primarily used. This grill is, by far, my favorite in my outdoor collection. I have used it every weekend since I bought and as just excited to use it as I was on day one. The only difference is now I have more experience with it. Just this past weekend we made smoked oyster with a garlic butter hot sauce topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Everything we cook on it comes out amazing!! Thank you kamado joe for making the perfect grill to allow my creativeness to flow!!

After a few years I decided to give the Kamado Joe a try to challenge and push myself outside of my comfort zone. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I ever made. I love my classic II! I built it into my outdoor kitchen and it has become the focal point and go to in my arsenal of grills. The Kamado takes BBQ to another level that a traditional gas grill or smoker just can't achieve successfully. I just purchased the Doejoe and Joetisserie to up my game as well. The Kamado Joe has so many accessories to change how you BBQ so make sure you get them all 🤩

From smoking ribs to making paella i got it with the Joe. It is so easy to control the temperature. From slow and low to hot and fast the Joe does it for me.

It is definitely a learning curve coming across from gas grilling but so much fun, every cook is a new adventure and challenge ive only burnt one cook so far. Very good quality parts only complaint is with joetisserie closing lid required adjusting the air hinge slightly. Otherwise I love my grill!!

I’ve had probably 500 cooks on it and it performs perfectly. The more I use it the better it works. This is an awesome machine and you’d be crazy not to pull the trigger and get one!!!

I have the joetisserie, dojoe, half moon cast iron reversible griddle (2), and the sloroller. This has changed my grilling life. I grill year round. I had attempted cooking low and slow with smoke on other systems and failed. I can say that people request my ribs and pull pork!! I love how the Kamado maintains temperature!! I have been without my Big Joe for six months due to a home addition. Moving back in a week with a new covered home for my Big Joe and can't wait to get back to grilling and smoking'!! I LOVE IT!! I can't imagine using any other system.

I’m unable to write a review due to I have not used it since purchasing. I did file a claim because my shelves started rusting before my cover arrived. Customer service responded w/ news that rust is not covered under my warranty but new shelves were being shipped -so far I have NOT received them. The weather has been too Hot for my taste for grilling-maybe I can fire this baby up next month weather permitting.

I had a Komatsu style grille before and it was Ok, but the Kamado Joe is next-level! It’s like comparing a Toyota to a Lexus, they are both excellent cars but the fit and finish and touches of the Lexus make it stand out and so it is with these grilles. The online buying experience was also excellent with frequent updates as to the status of the order and setup of the delivery. This is a HUGE heavy grille so make sure you have help to place it! Zero regrets and I’m not sure what else I would put on a wish-list.

It's great and easy to use even if you never cooked with charcoal, which was the case for me. I was worried about controlling the temp when smoking but it was easy. I love the versatility!...Smoke, Roast, Sear! I'm very happy with my purchase.
