Easy Assembly made overall installation easier

Does not come with back grille!! that's the most important thing. Had to buy seperate - should have returned the sleeve and got sleeve made for air i was buying that has a grille and much cheaper than this one. Not worth the money. When i called the company about it- they could care less and kept tranfering me back to Home Depot. Don't ever want to deal with this company!

Cheap, lousy, china built crap.

Contractor had a tough time installing it. The instructions weren't easy to follow. The LG air conditioner was installed into the sleeve and the plastic frame that came with the AC unit is not flush with the wall. It is out from the wall by 1 inch. The contractor will return tomorrow to take the AC unit and sleeve back out, and drill a new hole in the sleeve's 4 mounting brackets 1" out from the last hole of the brackets. Then he'll re-install both the sleeve and the bracket to fit flush with the wall.

Returned contractor said to large a unit for needs.

This wall sleeve is needed to install the LG a/c and heating unit. It installed easily with no issues.

The unit worked great for like a week. Now it only circulated the warm air in the room (only the fan is working). When I called Keystone support their reply was return unit. They didn’t even try an trouble shoot the problem. Don’t buy this item you’ll be wasting your money.

Perfect for my through-the-wall A/C, also a Keystone product. Very pleased!
