However, after two months the oven stopped working, it appears that the gas ignitors are not operating. You would expect better given the price point and the "commercial" rating. To make matters worse, Kitchenaid cannot find anyone to service the range and the dealer who sold the range is not willing to drive less than 1 hour to fix the problem. Very, very disappointed.

Our cakes and cookies or to die for but one thing we always had trouble with was under baking when we bald with more than one baking sheet. Now with our new commercial style oven and convection baking our volume has tripled and bake qu’ailette is top notch.

I have had two repairman visits, and each time needed to order parts that usually take 2-3 weeks to come in. So we are waiting for a third repairman to visit to install a new burner. Hopefully it works this time.

But the overall performance is excellent…the oven is spacious, even baking and roasting. Love the easy-glide grates. The burners have multiple control options—great design. Makes cooking and baking a pleasure.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Been in use for 6 weeks now including over Christmas. Works very well. Easy to use and easy to clean. I was worried the smaller oven size would be a problem but my roaster fit on the lowest rack and I was able to use a higher rack for side dishes.

The range has a cheap network interface that will not run on a Mesh or 5 ghz WIFI. The range this one replaces worked for over 11 years without a hitch. This range only works on 2.4 ghz WIFI - will that be around in 11 years? If Kitchenaid spec'd a modern network chip they (wholesale to them is < $40) the owner would be in less of a mess. I had setup a separate wifi channel to provide 2.4 ghz. The range will still not connect to wifi. The printed instruction that came with the range differs from the app (latest version), both are different than the owners manual. The app is poorly designed - it assumes everything will work. Start over? Rescan the insanely located QC code every single time and go through all 12 steps again. I would happily avoid this app if I could, but it runs the $4600 range. What happens if you have three cooks? Three iPhones - ok, who has their iPhone on? I removed the Smart Appliance sticker - this appliance is far from that.

We bought a KitchenAid Range (Different Model) and just after 5 years of ownership the inside of the upper oven has started flaking off - pieces literally falling off. Additionally the oven has completely stopped working twice in the past few months, requiring us to reset the electrical breaker. Contacted KitchenAid about it via several means (they still haven't responded to my emails) and they said on their FaceBook page the cavity liner is non-repairable and offered to send out someone to look at the not working issue $130. After I said I wasn't interested in paying $130 for a diagnostic they blocked me from further comments on their Facebook page and apparently deleted my post so potential customers wouldn't know about their serious quality issues. Please, be very wary of buying KitchenAid (part of the greater Whirlpool family), they have the worst customer service and are just terrible to deal with.

We were originally excited about receiving our new range however after using it the first time that feeling turned to disappointment. Hot air blows out from above the oven door when when cooking at high temps. If you're using the stove top and oven at the same time be prepared to get warm/hot air blown on you. Apparently this is normal. It caught us by surprise as we thought it would vent upwards to the fan above the range as most ovens do. In addition, if you're cooking anything with an aroma the smell gets blown into the kitchen vice up into a fan. We contacted both the vendor and Kitchen Aid and were disappointed by their response. Vendor didn't want to take it back as he said "I'll be stuck with it'. Called Kitchen Aid and the only offer was to send a technician to check the fan. If it was found within spec then we would be charged for the service call. No offer of a return/refund was made. We are now stuck with an EXPENSIVE oven that we don't want. This replaced a KA glass top stove. All of our other kitchen appliances are KA. If this is an indication of service we will seriously reconsider brand loyalty.

The stove and oven are great, but the iron burners don't hold up to the heat from the gas burners. We have been through 3 wok burners in 18 months. Kitchen aid should provide steel, or look elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very consistant cooking both on the range top and oven. We love the simple controls! The only thing that kept us from giving a 5 was that the app doesn't work on a 5ghz WiFi system (only 2.4ghz) so we haven't been able to use the app at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my wife and I cook. We wanted gas stove but we had no gas service in our newly purchased home. So, first was the gas service install - Cost almost as much as the stove! Then we had the gas service plumbed through the basement for heat and a cloths dryer as well as our new gas stove. It was all worth it! There were doubts about how well the gas convection oven would work but it is amazing! The entire stove is everything we hoped for and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Kitchen Aid!

I bought a Dual range kitchenaid from Costco. After 3 months used from the time delivery and installed time, the last part at the edge of the oven rushed. I called Costco about that. Costco was very helpful but the kitchenaid company would not agree to take care of the issue. They said that was the cosmetic and only 30 days quarantine. I told them it is not only cosmetic but I would consider at safety and health safe because of rushed. However, you would not think any oven will rushes after few months. And I paid that oven almost $3000,00. Thank you to Costco that tried their best to help me out, but unfortunately, the decision making it was out of their hands.

The heat controls on the burners is amazing - low simmer to instant high heat is incredible. We can leave food unattended without the fear of having it stick to the cooking surfaces. The oven is remarkable! Warm up time is short, convection cycles are remarkable. Everything we've cooked form flaky croissants to turkey dinner turn out fantastically. We've owned professional ranges before but this is by far the best!!

Waited 6 months for our stove to be manufactured and delivered and then the control panel went out after only 3 months. We've been told we'll be lucky if we can get parts for it in the next 3-4 months. We've been told this isn't uncommon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t want bells and whistles. I like good ole knobs for the oven....not a touch pad. Has regular knob for oven controls. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it has no timer. I just use the timer on my microwave, phone or a little timer I have on my counter. The burners are powerful and you can flip the grates to put your pot further from the flame for a low simmer, or remove the grate to use with your wok. The slide out shelf in the oven is fantastic. It has a very basic look which is the look I wanted.
