Great Range with Excellent Features I've been very happy with this LG Smart ProBake Convection Gas Range. The oven heats quickly and cooks evenly, whether I'm baking, roasting, or using the Air Fry feature. The 20K BTU burner brings water to a boil fast, and the five-burner cooktop provides plenty of space for multiple pots and pans. I also appreciate the EasyClean function, which makes oven maintenance simple. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing remote monitoring and control. Overall, this range looks great, performs exceptionally well, and offers excellent value for anyone who enjoys cooking.

    Great LG Gas Range Model
Just received my LG LRGN6323Y Gas Range today and I'm so excited. My range of almost 12 years stopped working and the cost to repair it versus buying a new range didn't make sense, especially when you could buy new with some unexpectedly new features for just a $300 to $500 more than repairing. I found this LG model and it had all of the features I used on my old stove plus more. I use Bake, Broil, Convection Bake and Roast, Warm, Timer, Delay Start, Cook Time, and Self-clean. The LRGN6323Y also includes an additional cleaning function of EasyClean, which some might think is daunting but not if you really think about it and follow some of the tips. In addition, it includes LG ThinQ, which it was very easy to add it to my phone. I look forward to setting my oven to preheat on my way home to get dinner going upon arrival. I also am excited to try the Air Fry feature. I have a countertop Ninja Foodie I love that does air frying but for larger batches I'm excited to do in the oven. Please be aware if you order the LRGN6323Y model that it comes with the griddle AND the air fryer tray. It doesn't mention the tray being included but it is. LG even makes note on their site that those accessories are included and I can confirm that Ai received both. I also love the burners, the 20000 BTU will be great and the simmer. The grates look nice and look like it is going to handle my cookware without a problem. The griddle is removable and can easily be stored in the storage drawer. The 6.3 cubic feet capacity is great too. I had a 5.8 cubic feet capacity previously and it still fit my space perfectly since it is still a 30" width. Recovering from a biopsy Friday so I wasn't allowed to cook but I did use the convection bake feature to make aa frozen pizza and it came out great and I received alerts to my phone from the LG ThinQ app, which was nice. I researched before purchasing and for a gas range LG is the top 3 of recommended brands and this model is highly ranked for the features, price, and reliability. The only negative I read about was some think the drawer isn't sturdy. However, on mine I think it is fine. It easily holds the griddle and my baking and collapsible roasting rack. I highly recommend if you are looking for a gas range with practically every feature you'd want and use. Great deal too as it is normally $1699 but is on sale for $949.

I’m very happy with my purchase! No hot spots in my oven ,clear easy to see and use controls

Bought this after my double oven stove died and I wanted something that would be easy to clean with various different baking /oven settings. I have used the airfryer and it works pretty darn good. A bit of splatter inside the oven but very easily wiped down after. Convection oven also does its job well. So far this seems like a decent replacement stove.

Hi, Andy. Thank you for reaching out, and we understand the importance of having your cooktop maintain the look and quality you expect from your LG Range (LRGN6323Y) model.

When it comes to glass cooktops, even soft materials can sometimes leave visible marks depending on pressure, residue on the cloth, or the type of cleaning motion used. One helpful step you can try is using an LG‑recommended ceramic cooktop cleaner along with a non‑abrasive pad to gently buff the surface. This can often reduce the appearance of light scratches or marks. For guidance, visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8C8v3wo6f34. We’d like to take a closer look at your situation and gather more details about what you’re seeing on the surface. LG CRAP
Purchased this model in 2021 so it's not even 5 yrs old yet and the clock display is already missing lines for the numbers . So 2,5 and 6 you can't tell what time it is. Called LG its only has a 1 year warranty part will cost about $130. To replace just that part of the control board . Ps the stove top is AWEFUL TO CLEAN. PSS. We purchased an LG dishwasher at the same time and that timer is also doing the same thing. Only 2 adults living here. Will never buy LG CRAP AGAIN

Hi, Kelly. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with your LG Range (LRGN6323Y) model. We understand the importance of having displays that remain clear and easy to read.
For the clock display on your range, one helpful step you can try is performing a power reset by turning the unit off at the breaker for about 30 seconds, then restoring power. This can sometimes help the display recalibrate if the issue is related to the control panel’s connection. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-range-troubleshooting-the-control-panel--1429711840733ELR. Junk materials and lacking product engineering design.
What a piece of junk. When unpacking the stove I noticed the bottom drawer was made of such thin aluminum that I was afraid to bend the drawer out of shape while siimply removing protective film! While cooking I quickly noticed the burners are off center so you can't center a pan over the burners! They hit the griddle so you're cooking on one side of the pans! Total crap. I sent it back to the store and bought a GE.

Hi, Jim. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the LG Range (LRGN6323Y) model. We understand the importance of having a range that feels sturdy, well‑designed, and comfortable to use right from unboxing.

One helpful step you can try—if you ever encounter burner alignment issues on a future unit—is checking that the grates are seated correctly on all contact points. Even a slight misalignment of the grate can cause cookware to sit off‑center over the flame. Ensuring the grate is fully level and locked into its notches can help center pans more accurately. If you like things clean, don't get this one.
I've had the range for almost 3 weeks. I love how it cooks. The oven bakes evenly. There are 3 things that I absolutely hate. 1.The stainless steel is cheap and no matter what you do, it streaks. It's not built like refrigerator brushed stainless steel. 2. The bottom drawer is useless. It's cheaply made and hard to open. Barely any space. 3. The stovetop is a nightmare to clean. The base also streaks. The grills collect spills and no matter how you clean them, spots remain.

              Delivery
So far, I really like the oven. I did have to hook it up myself. I did not pay the 40 extra dollars for them to hook it up for me. When I went to go hook it up it was missing a vital six dollar piece. I went down to the hardware store And purchased it. When I hooked it up, there were a few detailed parts to hooking it up. Their excuse for not delivering it with the proper part. Is that it was not put into the truck. And that I would receive the part on Monday. Considering they could not remember to put the part in the truck to deliver it to me. I’m glad I did not Count on them have my life in their hands while hooking up my gas stove.

Hi, Em. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the LG Range (LRGN6323Y) model, and we understand the importance of having every part included—especially when you’re installing a gas range yourself. It’s great to hear you’re enjoying the oven so far.

Once everything is fully set up, one helpful step you can try is running the initial burn‑in cycle on the oven. Set it to 400°F for about 30 minutes with the kitchen ventilated. This helps clear any manufacturing residues and ensures the oven performs at its best from the start. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-LRGN6323Y.BSTELGA. Burners do not cook evenly. Buyer beware
Do not buy this stove. I bought this stove August 2025 and while the oven and broiler work fine, the burners are a serious problem. The flame appears even, but the food cooks unevenly on both of the front burners, at all levels of flame. I called LG and they sent out a technician. I placed a high-quality, All-Clad sauté pan on the burner with water in the bottom. He watched as the water boiled on only one side of the pan long before the other side of the pan. He then examined all aspects of the stove, and told me the uneven heating was normal! To cook with this stove you have to constantly turn the pan or food or chicken pieces, for example, will be fully cooked in one half of the pan, while still pink at the bone or the other side of the pan. It is a pain in the neck and LG's person says there is no solution because the stove is made this way. Do not buy this stove. Try another brand. I wish I had.

Hi, there. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your LG Range (LRGN6323Y) model. We understand the importance of having burners that deliver consistent, even heat, especially when you're preparing meals that require precision.

Uneven heating on gas burners can sometimes be related to burner cap placement or debris affecting flame distribution. As a quick step, we recommend removing the burner caps and ensuring they are seated completely flat and aligned with the grooves. Even a slight tilt can cause the flame pattern to shift and heat one side of the cookware more than the other. Not Worth It, griddle in the way, grates not full size
I regret buying this stove. I got too excited for the air fryer option that I didn't pay a lot of attention to the stove itself. Like one of the raters stated, the griddle just gets in the way. Due to the griddle, the stove grates are smaller on the side of the griddle so your food doesn't heat up/cook evenly. I can't use both the front and back burner at the same time unless I use smaller pans. The griddle is also narrow and the flame is very low, so not worth it. I wish I could return it, it's too late.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Range (LRGN6323Y) model. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important it is for your cooking setup to be both functional and flexible.

The center griddle is designed for smaller items like pancakes or grilled sandwiches, but if it's interfering with your use of the side burners, you can remove the griddle when not in use to maximize space and airflow across the grates. For best results, we also recommend using cookware that matches the burner size to ensure even heating. Broken Oven Door
This range is made with poor quality materials. The oven door frame is held on to the interior by a plastic clip that broke a week after I bought the oven, which means I cannot open the oven door. The LG Company refused to fix the issue of their shoddy materials and would not cover under the warranty. I am VERY disappointed in LG. They used to make good quality products, but now they use plastic and refuse to cover under a manufacturing defect under the manufacturing warranty. The customer service agent said they would send new parts but then never sent them.

Home Depot’s “service” is a nightmare. Buyer beware.
I purchased a new oven from Home Depot (Order #WG97841438) with delivery and installation scheduled for September 6. The delivery crew showed up, said they couldn’t install it without a plumber, and left after mentioning they had 16 more stops that day. Before they left, they had me speak to their dispatcher, who assured me a plumber would contact me within 48 hours. What followed instead was weeks of me chasing Home Depot’s customer service department; at least six separate calls. Every time, I was told the plumber would reach out within 48–72 hours. No one ever did. It wasn’t until I finally got a service agent who received permission to directly connect me with the plumber that anything moved forward. The plumber was able to work me in after hours last night (September 24), completed installation, and confirmed that no new lines were needed. In other words, the delivery crew could have and should have installed the oven on day one. When he tested it after installation, we realized the oven wasn’t working. The cooktop worked, but the oven would not heat. Since it was late, I told him I’d try again in the morning. That’s when the error code F9 appeared, pointing to a faulty igniter or heating element. I immediately called Home Depot. Keep in mind, the oven had been sitting in my living room this entire time, and there was no way I could have tested it without it being hooked up to the gas line, which their installers told me needed to be replaced. Home Depot’s response? They told me I was outside their “48-hour return window”, even though they failed to complete installation within that time, and that I’d have to go through LG for repairs. When I pressed for escalation, I was told yes, I could speak to someone else, but it wouldn’t change the outcome. After a lifetime in retail and customer service myself, it’s humiliating to be forced into the cliché of “asking to speak to a manager,” only to be told it wouldn’t matter. So after spending $$$ and waiting three weeks for a working oven, I’m left with a defective appliance and no accountability from Home Depot. This feels like a bait-and-switch: delivery crews offload responsibility, service reps stall with empty promises, and customers are left stuck with broken products they can’t return. Bottom line: If you’re considering buying appliances from Home Depot, think twice. They’ll happily take your money, but if anything goes wrong, you’ll get passed around until it’s no longer their problem.

Hi there, Brooke. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the installation process and the issue with your LG Gas Range (LRGN6323Y). Your feedback is important to us, and we are here to assist with your appliance concerns.
We understand that the oven is displaying the F9 error code, which generally indicates a potential issue with the igniter or heating element. To try and resolve this simply, we recommend performing a power reset on the range. Please unplug the unit from the wall outlet or flip the circuit breaker off for 5 minutes, and then restore power. After the unit powers back on, please test the oven function again.

This LG Gas Range EXCEEDED My Expectations!
This LG Gas Range (LRGN6323) has exceeded my expectations of what a stove is capable of. It is as competent at cooking and baking as it is aesthetically pleasing. The purple/blue interior is a particularly nice touch! I The LG with the convection bake and roast features far exceeds anything my old range could do. Chocolate chip cookies come out perfect after 13 minutes. Pork roast crisps on the outside but still moist inside. Everything comes out evenly baked. Cleaning the unit is a breeze. The oven's burner is on the back wall and not the floor so anything that falls to the floor will not be super baked on. Not to mention the APP. I can control the range from my phone, from turning on the oven to checking if the burners are on! Set oven temp, cook time, etc. right from your phone! The LG ThinQ app is a convenience I did not know I needed. This LG oven is more than an appliance, it is a partner in cooking. If you are looking for an eye catching piece of machinery that will exceed your expectations I highly recommend purchasing it!

Quality gas range with many options.
I have been very pleased with this LG gas range. It offers a few different cooking options which all perform very well. The Air Fryer is great for cooking french fries or reheating pizza or chicken tenders. This range also has a convection oven and a convection roast option. Meats cooked in either of these come out juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Great for a whole chicken or turkey and cooks in less time than a standard oven. It comes with a griddle and an air fryer tray, both of which are very handy to have. LG offers an app for your phone that allows you to set the oven to turn on remotely. Amazing! My one and only criticism is that the control board is difficult to read because it isn’t back lit. When a button is pressed, it lights up but it’s difficult to see which button to press. Nevertheless, I am very pleased and highly recommend this range.

                        An overall decent freestanding stove.
This is a fantastic convection oven, a very nice cooktop and an overall decent freestanding stove. First, the convection: it has a two-speed fan and rear heating element. I've used it for air bake with a few different items and have been thrilled with the results. Also it preheats quick and holds the target temperature quite well. Since the main element is in the back the bottom is designed to catch spills and be easier to clean. The large window lets me keep an eye on my food and when the door is opened it automatically turns on the light. Next the cooktop features premium wide grates that cover the entire cooktop surface. Seriously, the heavy duty grates extend from edge to edge. A griddle is included for the center burner, however I doubt I'll ever use that. The knobs have a 3 step safety feature, pinch, press, turn. It's been less than a week and I'm already comfortable with it. This stove is also pleasant to see, with the mix of black steel and stainless steel. The stainless parts are fingerprint and smudge resistant. The finish easily wipes clean with a soft, dry cloth. Notably, the drawer is extremely disappointing. The drawer itself is too small for any of my cookie sheets, too small for my air bake pizza pan, too small for the air fry tray, too flimsy to store the griddle and the glide system is anything except smooth. I depended on that storage space with my previous stove, so it's an important feature for me. The drawer is so lacking I decided to reduced a star. It would have been better if it was a decorative panel. It does look great, just don't plan on using the drawer.

                        LG pro bake oven
We couldn't wait for delivery of this oven. It was delivered and professionally installed and free of damage which was a plus and they even removed the old oven. This oven is packed with features from wifi to monitor your cooks to setting times and adjusting temps from the brands app. My wife loves the easy cleaning feature and the porcelain enamel interior that makes cleanup easier. The oven also has a built-in air fryer that is very much appreciated for Wings and French fries for entertaining for sporting events.

Best Gas Range We’ve Ever Had – My Wife Is Thrilled!
I don’t usually leave long reviews, but this LG Smart ProBake Convection Range absolutely deserves it. From the moment it was installed, it has exceeded all of my expectations in terms of performance, features, and design. If you’re on the fence about upgrading your range, let me just say—this one is 100% worth it. First, the design: The stainless steel finish is stunning and fingerprint-resistant, which keeps it looking clean and sleek at all times. It’s modern without being too flashy, and it fits beautifully with the rest of my kitchen appliances. The control knobs and touchpad feel high quality, and the blue interior of the oven adds a nice premium touch. The 5-burner cooktop is a game changer. I love having a variety of burner sizes for everything from simmering sauces to boiling water quickly. The center burner is perfect for griddles and large pans—super convenient for weekend pancakes or grilled sandwiches. Heat distribution is even and consistent, and the cast iron grates are heavy-duty and easy to clean. ProBake Convection is no joke. It bakes everything evenly without having to rotate trays halfway through. Cookies, cakes, casseroles—they all come out perfectly browned and cooked through. The built-in Air Fry feature is another huge bonus. I use it constantly for everything from fries and chicken wings to roasted veggies. It gets things crispy without the need for extra oil or a separate appliance, which saves counter space and cleanup time. Speaking of cleaning, the Easy Clean feature is fantastic for light messes. A quick 10-minute steam cycle loosens up any baked-on grime, so you can just wipe it down without harsh chemicals or scrubbing. For heavier cleaning, the traditional self-cleaning mode is also available. Smart features are the icing on the cake. I can preheat the oven remotely using the LG ThinQ app, get notifications when the timer is up, and even use voice commands through Alexa or Google Assistant. It’s incredibly convenient, especially when I’m multitasking or away from the kitchen. Delivery and installation services were fantastic and professional. The team showed up right on time, handled everything with care, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It made the whole experience stress-free and smooth from start to finish. Best of all—my wife loves it. She is so happy with how it looks and how well it performs. That alone makes this more than worth it. Overall, this LG range is one of the best additions I’ve made to my home. It’s sleek, smart, powerful, and packed with thoughtful features that truly make cooking easier and more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a high-quality gas range that can handle everything from everyday meals to serious baking and air frying, this is the one to get. Highly, highly recommend!

                        Very Efficient Stove/Oven
I am very happy with this stove. It lights up easily. You punch in the temperature of the oven or the timer with plus and minus signs. They do not have numbers to press. The knobs are slightly larger than my prior stove and you pinch them to turn and light the stove. I've never had an air fryer but this was a very good experience. I do not know if I would want to do anything that would splatter or drip though. The basket for that is very large and they suggest you put something under it but there is nothing I know of that would fit nicely under it to capture all drips. I have not tried the removable griddle on the top. The stove preheats quickly. You do hear the oven from time to time, even when it is not on convection, which I found odd. Overall, this stove is great and we are very happy with it.

                        5 Burner Gourmet Gas Stove/Oven
Can I just say how fabulous this Probake gas/oven looks in my kitchen and how much joy it brings me just looking at it?? It really does. From it's stainless steel, to it's large knobs, digital display, gourmet burners & upscale blue inside....I can truly say this stove elevates my kitchen tenfold. It came complete with all of the bells and whistles for hook-up and the size fit perfectly within my countertops/cabinets. My husband couldn't wait to cook on it.

                        Great Natural Gas Stove
Rhis stove is a very nice unit and bakes quite well. The stove was easy to install and get level. Its about as turn key as I have ever had. Of course my floors are level so I know that helps but Inhave installed other stoves and was an act of congress just to get level. The adjustable feet are easy and the gas line hookup is an easy install. It comes with some gas rated tape but I always use gas line pipe putty. That is a personal preference and I trust it. I did a quick bubble test and seal is nice and tight. Once conected and plugged in it was ready to use. It baked nice and came to temperature quickly. The burners are jice but the flames are not the kice tight sharp flames i expected. But nonetheless the burners heat quickly and have a lot of control for flame from high to low. Simmering or boiling is a breeze.

                        Good Stove with nice features
This a very nice stove. It replaces an old, basic range I've had for 20 years. I like the industrial look, which I feel is more than just cosmetic. The burners are well spaced with VERY accurate control. They'll go down to a low simmer and make delicate cooking easy. The cook top has plenty of room for a few large pans and another smaller one. The nonstick griddle actually works - I've used one on a friend's stove that was kinda sketchy. I've not had a chance to use the convection oven or air fryer functions, yet. On testing, both seemed to work just fine. The large oven should make cooking a fair amount of food all-at-once easy. It INCLUDED an air fryer cooking tray that has a "frame" on the bottom and matches up with the oven shelf that “locks” it in place (see photo). The oven light comes on when opening the door; no fumbling for a switch. The control panel is large enough to read easily. Accessing timers, temp, etc is quite simple with gentle pressing of the "buttons" that are part of a touch surface. Using the LG ThinQ app I can remotely preheat the oven and perform other functions that I've yet to explore. So far I only have one gripe - the drawer. It’s straight on the front and is a little in the way of my feet. My old stove’s was angled giving more room at the floor. The drawer is also a bit shallow front-to-back and some larger cooking sheets/trays/pans won't fit for storage. Overall the stove is a common size and fit in the designated space with no adjustments to cabinets needed. The user manual has all the information I need for some upcoming experiments in food preparation.

Hello there! Thanks for the review. Glad to hear your range is treating you well, even if the swap took a bit longer than expected. If you ever need a hand with anything, @LGUSSupport is always here to help. #LifesGood ❤️ ‑Rich
I have had the range for just a few weeks, really like the size of the burners and that they are made out of cast iron. The oven is easy to clean and roomie. I can fit 2 cookie sheets side by side. I am still getting use to using the convection feature, but enjoy that it can auto-convert. The draw under the oven is smaller that my previous range and only holds a few bake items. It didn't indicate that the air fryer tray was included, so I bought one separately, but when we opened the box the air fry tray was included. I now have an extra air fry tray that I do not need. Overall, excellent product.
