The enamel on the inside peels and chips away ending up in your food and LG won't have it fixed properly. Their solution is a paint pen and the tech will just paint over without prepping the surface.

Super disappointed with my new stove. It looks so beautiful coming out of the box the features seem amazing but after my second use the cooktop is already discolored. Don’t buy!

There is a big gap between the console and the stove top. This « open concept » makes it look very cheap and unfinished.

Don't trash your money by buying this Electrical Range. The quality of the top cover part in this product is the worst, After putting the pan for the first time on the first day the Top layer became scratched and looked old. Home Depot and LG have the worst customer services, Home Depot didn't accept any responsibility and don't accept to return or exchange this product and LG asked for more money to fix this problem. I feel so bad and I wish I didn't choose this product to buy and Hope Depot.

It has a very beautiful finish and some pretty cool features, but it's very hard to keep clean. You would think LG would have included a BIG BRIGHT WARNING LABEL ⚠️ WARNING TO NEVER EVER EVER USE HARSH CHEMICALS LIKE EZ-OFF! BUT?? Instead there's a simple small "NOTE" IN the manual that reads "Note using harsh chemicals could permanently damage the ceramic coating"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally got it over a month after we moved in our new house and I was so happy! It sings to me andI sing to her...I named her Lil Girl, get it? L-G...anyway...the only issue I had was the first time I cooked on the stove - frying chicken got grease everywhere and got a ring around the eye I couldn't get off..I panicked looked at every youtube video I could and finally figured out how to get it off...you gotta scrape and scrape and scrape...but I will do it cause I really like my Lil Girl!

All in one convenience...oven, air fryer and convection cooking all in one. Auto temperature conversion when using convection capability. Awesome appliance. No more Whirlpools for this family! This Range is great buy for the price. All contols are easy to use. Children lock control is a must with young children. Stove top must be cleaned with correct materials. Maintenance on the stovetop is higher than normal. Wifi setting is nice when you need to preheat oven.

This is the worst stove ever after one use the stove top started getting burn marks which is so disappointing considering I just bought my first home at 23 and wanted the best I could get I have to deep clean it everyday and the burn marks are still there after I’m too scared to return because of the wait time on appliances I feel hopeless

First of all I cannot complain about the oven or anything else because I really havent used it, my only complain is that after using the cook top once and having nothing overflow on it, the top was all white and looked all scratchy and couldn't get it cleaned! Then I purchased a Scotch bright, glass cooktop pads and Weimans glass cooktop cleaner & polish and that seemed to help but you have to put muscle in it, it's a pain to keep up all the time, do your research before you buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our home definitely needed an upgrade in regards to ranges. We like the convection and air fry feature. It would have been nice if the air fry tray was included. Also, many recipes call for preheating the air fryer and it seems there is no feature for doing that. We are adjusting. However, I thought that would be an easy feature to add. Overall this is a great range though.

Well, while shopping for a range, I figured I’d spend a little more to get a higher quality product. To date, I’m not that satisfied. The top is insanely difficult to keep clean, even when following the LG instructions. The TurboHeat doesn’t accelerate any boiling or heating. I feel like a less expensive unit would do just as good if not better.

We received all new LG kitchen appliances today and the range does not work. The three buttons on the left Conv. Bake, Bake, and Air Fry/Warm do not work. The cooktop also has white blemishes under the glass after the burners were turned on by the delivery team to confirm they were working. I thought it would wipe off but it is not on the surface of the glass, it's actually on the under side of the glass. The range looks horrible and we haven't even used the stove top yet. It's a lot of money to spend on an appliance that you can't even use within 4 hours of receiving it. I'm so disappointed! I have always been a fan of LG appliances. We now have to hassle with contacting the manufacturer. This is clearly a defective product and would expect it be replaced and not fixed.

We could have gotten something different and not waited. But I determined to have the air fryer built in. And the blue interior is just an awesome bonus. We still have features to learn and cooking times to adjust when using different ones, but we love it! We are glad we waited for it. Well worth the time and money spent.

absolutely love this range. i have had it since February 2021. all the the functions are wonderful. i have used the convection bake/roast, air fryer functions and they are wonderful. the top of the stove is easy to clean. i even had something boil over because I was distracted and it cleaned up easily. i do make myself clean the top of the range with dishsoap and water before and after use. love the royal blue oven interior. it was hard to get used to the little chime song it plays when the oven is heated or the timer goes off. very pleased with my purchase! love that it eliminates one small appliance, air fryer. believe it improved my cooking skills lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used the stovetop, the oven and the broiler. I haven’t tried the air fryer yet but look forward to trying it out. I love the easy clean feature- just waiting for the oven to get to the point of needing it.

Bought for my sister looks beautiful seems to be working fine

We just had our oven delivered and notice that the oven vent is very wide and looks very unsightly when sitting at the dinning table. I have called LG and they indicated that they have received similar complaints about the vent and that it is just part of the design. My problem with it is that the inside elements are very noticeable through the vent as per the attached photo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original oven was 23 years old and was not baking correctly, plus I was having trouble with the oven door, etc. My cookies never did seem to turn out right so my sons decided to help us buy a new oven, and after doing some research, I chose this LG oven. I am still learning all the functions, but so far, it has far exceeded my expectations. After having an oven that I had to adjust baking times all the time, this has been a breeze to work, but have to constantly remind myself that this oven works, and not like my other one.This oven fits perfectly in my kitchen and has added a bit of charm to it as well. A win win for me. PS--the cookies turn out wonderful and my grandson sneaked almost a whole batch telling me after he ate them all that they were the best he has had!!! Another win, win for g'ma!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recent this stove less than 48 hrs ago. I used the air fryer, loved it. I used the Cooktop to heat soup, wiped the condensation off before after removing the pot and the ultra heat burner is missing the black coating down to the silver. I'm disgusted and so disappointed. We have waited for this stove to be available, ordered in December 2020. My old drive could be cleaned without a problem. I'm at a loss for words at this point.
