The Moen Adler Pull Down Kitchen Faucet/Tap in Chrome includes a warranty with purchase. If your faucet is leaking/dripping at the handle, Moen would recommend a cartridge replacement. It’s recommended that the supply lines from the home be flushed and cleaned before installing the faucet. If this is not done, this can cause the cartridge to need to be replaced sooner than expected. For further assistance, please contact Moen directly at 800-289-6636. We are sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with the retraction of the pull-down sprayer included with your Moen 87233SRS Adler pull-down kitchen faucet. Regarding the retraction and holding the pull-down sprayer tightly to the end of the spout, this is done by the proper placement of the hose weight on the hose under your sink. You will note that there is a natural loop that the sprayer hose makes under the sink; find the mid-point of this loop and 3” off center on the side going up to the sprayer position the weight. This will ensure that the weight provides enough tension to keep the sprayer in the end of the spout. You will also want to make sure that the path the hose and the weight move through is not blocked or impeded by anything under the sink. We are sorry that the Moen 87233SRS Adler pull-down kitchen faucet handle rotation at full cold water protrudes out into the sink further than you would like.
