I just had this faucet installed a few months ago. It started leaking in the night. I cannot recommend this product. I am surprised Moen faucet is this poor quality. Big bummer.

We had a professional plumber install this in January and it already started leaking. Not worth the money.

Same issue as lots of reviewers. The base of faucet began leaking out of nowhere, woke up to huge puddles on counter. Purchased about 18 months ago, not cool.

This is the second Moen faucets that has been a total piece of junk. At 8 months old, this one has been leaking into the cabinet below and totally trashed my cabinet. It has also leaked into my basement onto the inventory of our business because the faucet is right next to an under counter ice maker, which has a drain, allowing the water to leak freely and undetected into my basement. The cost of the damage is pretty infuriating.

Brecklyn 87557W leaks is less than 4 months. I expected it to last at least 5 years before leaking!

After a year and one half I have to replace this faucet because it is leaking all over.

I bought this Facet mid 2019, did a kitchen remodel. Bought this for the simple look it had and thought since it wasn't cheap it was built strong. Fast forward to 9/22/20, the whole sink was wet including my flooring and cabinets. Well far from what we thought and I even had one of my family members who does this for a living help me install it. The only downside is I had thrown my box and receipt away in July to clean out my garage. DON'T BUY THIS FACET PLEASE.

This Moen faucet caused extensive damage to the kitchen cabinet, the floor in-front of the cabinet, and damage to the lower floor below the kitchen. The faucet was purchased at HD in June of 2019. Approximately a week ago, it developed a leak inside the actual faucet and water started to drip from inside the faucet in to the cabinet below. This went on for about 3 days causing extensive damage to the floor below the cabinet. The leak progressed over a few days and then water began slowly coming out of the base area of the faucet. This is when you will notice the leak but unfortunately at this point the damage is done. I initially thought the hose to the detachable faucet wand was to blame but it was tight and had no leaks, The leak is internal to the faucet and cannot be fixed. This is a total garbage product with cheap manufacturing and parts. There are extensive reviews of this product failing and causing leaks. Needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY and now have to deal with fixing all the damage. I demand Moen make this right by replacing my faucet with a model that does not leak AND help pay for the damage caused by this defective model.

Easy install and very practical faucet. Variable spray is just right, faucet moves easily and the extension works well. Simply worth the cost!

This fawcett replaces a very similar Moen fawcett I bought 8 years ago. The new one has more output and looks slightly more durable. Very satisfied.

Lived in previous home for 20 years and installed a Brecklyn kitchen faucet several years ago. Downsized this year and updated the kitchen in our "new" 50-year-old house and bought and installed the same Brecklyn faucet. It feels good, moves nicely, and obviously holds up to kids and grandkids. It's also attractive with both a bisque colored sink and now a stainless steel sink.

I bought this 27 July 2020. Started the installation 30 July. Started by reading the entire Installation Guide. Laid out the parts and verified the presence and condition of all parts. During the installation I found, what I believe to be, an error. The Step # for using the Installation Tool needs to be backed up a step or two. The small-ish nut that is to be threaded onto the shaft, under the mounting plate, would take forever to tighten all the way up to the mounting plate by hand. It is at this point that the Installation Tool needs to be used, not after. I find the deck plate to be of so-so quality as is the spray-head. The faucet and the pull-out spray all seem to be adequate and functional but the unit as a whole does not live up to the Moen quality I have experienced previously.

Proof you get what you pay for. I bought this on a recommendation from my plumber boyfriend. To replace a cheapie that was bought at a competitor. The cheapie caused a leak that was seeping into the wall behind the sink. I didn't know there was even a problem with the cheapie until I walked into a pool of water on my kitchen floor. This one is great! Sprays perfectly, too.

This NOT a quality faucet, its just MOEN capitalizing on their "good" name with a cheap piece of leaky plastic that ended up damaging my kitchen 9 months into it. My house had all Moen fixtures when I bought it. So when I had to replace my old Moen Kitchen faucet last October I wanted to stay with the brand which I thought was a good brand. So I picked this Brecklyn Single handle kitchen Faucet. It was like 9ft high on the display rack at Home Depot so when I got it home and out of the box I noticed how small and plastic-y it really was. But I went ahead and installed it and moved on with life thinking that at least I bought a quality, brand faucet. Only 9 months later it developed a leak inside of the faucet itself dripping down into the cabinet. By the time the water came out of the front of the cabinet the particle board bottom of the cabinet was all swollen and will now forever be ruined. I don't know what damage it did under the cabinets where most of the water must have went. I tired to call the Moen support line but could not get a person and the phone system forced me to setup a call back time 4 days in the future. It would not let me hold. Since I am home every day and need my kitchen I went Home Depot instead and made them take it back, so I could buy a new faucet so I could get the water turned back on in my kitchen. They were not happy about it but to their credit they did take it back so I could get a credit to buy a new faucet. This time I bought a DELTA faucet this time. A little bit more expensive but it feel pretty sturdy. I really hope it will work out better than the MOEN. Upside,it can be any worse. *I will never buy MOEN products anymore*. *** Finally MOEN - Please don't copy paste an insincere "We're sorry to hear that... and call us at..." response. Unless, that is you, want to *send me a check* to cover the damage to my kitchen that your 9 months old malfunctioning product caused, or even better have them restored at your expense. ***

The pictures shown do not give top view of faucet. Now installed, looking down on faucet (normal view), the front (water out end) is much wider than back, we have taken to calling this our platypus faucet. That said, installation was easy and faucet performance (3 days later) is excellent. Good faucet so far, just not the look we were expecting or particularly like.

This feels much more expensive than it is. It’s nice to have the open of detaching the sprayer head. I wanted a lower profile so it wasn’t the first thing you noticed in the kitchen and this was the best option I could find. If you have three holes drilled it easily covers but also works it you just have a single hole for the faucet only.

Faucet leaking after only a few months of use. I took off faucet and reinstalled . Faucet leaked worse. Checked gasket and it looked fine. Thinking about sealing gasket with plumbers putty. After reading all the people with similar problems with this same faucet I am beginning to think it is defective. Very disappointed in Moen. Soap dispenser bottle also broke too. Just not a well made faucet in my opinion

Absolute pile of crap. This thing has leaked and ruined my cabinets, and rotted through my floor causing hundreds of dollars of damage. I replaced their stupid flimsy gasket three times now, same story. Don't waste your money on Moen products, it's all junk.

This is the second kitchen faucet I had too install in 2 years! Previous model of this leaked on top and underneath. After installing this new model I took the old model apart to see what the issue was! Inside the valve where the inline hoses connect, pulled away from the valve body. I purchased Moen again because I did like the style and the connections where already set up for it (wasn't sure I needed to modify if I used another brand). It was easy to install, I just hope it was one of those freak things, I've never had problems like that before.

I just love my new faucet

One high quality feature is the braided steel water lines. They are durable and flexible which makes installation a whole lot easier than with plastic lines. The finish is what makes this exceptional. It resists water spotting and no finger prints. It looks very nice and is easy to keep looking that way. The spray function makes great suds from the detergent so you use less. I very much reccomend it. I also have a bathroom faucet and shower head in the same finish really love it.

I bought this product in February of 2020, but the faucet started leaking heavily in less than three months, and it caused substantial damages to my newly installed cabinet, as well as my basement ceilings and floor (see attached pictures) Although, it was replaced by homedepot, but this was not enough because it cost me almost $1000 in repair. I do not recommend this product for any reason.

I am happy with the faucet except for the plate which is covered in a thin sheet of something but has peeled and looks awful ....picture below

I just got this a few weeks ago and I love it, I’ve always wanted one, My brother-in-law who is a Plummer highly recommends Moen.

Super sleek look, easy installation, love the detachable nozzle that pivots. Plus the handle to turn on is great for dirty hands! (you can lift with forearm if needed) highly recommended at a good price:)

I bought this item on 2018, they have replace two faucet, but same problem happened: top of center leaking, bottom pipe is wet. (as quickly leaking only 2 days installed) It has cost me a lot of labor cost to fix and install, and damage my cabinet. No more Moen
