Ours is about 3 years old and it’s peeling at the base. The top parts leaks so is always building some sort of gross crud as well. Disappointed in the quality.

Really like this faucet. Unfortunately the sprayer hose sprung a pretty substantial leak in the neck of the faucet . Hopefully moens warranty will at least replace the hose/sprayer assembly for for me.

Great faucet. I like the height and handle. The weight is nice that puts the hose back in place. Unfortunately, the hose is leaking really bad now. I'm hoping Moen will back their product and send a replacement part. The soap dispenser is helpful, although the metallic coating is starting to bubble and it will probably peel soon.

This faucet is feature rich and I just love it. The satin finish always looks good and the swivel base makes it easier to move from sink to sink. The pullout sprayer comes out with a gentle pull, unlike the Delta faucet we replaced. It retracts but needs a little guidance to have the head facing downwards. We did have a plumber do the installation.

The installation of this new faucet was very easy once I got the old faucet out. The sprayer automatically smoothly retracts into the faucet and works very well. The faucet does not show fingerprints at all and matches well with a stainless steel sink. Moen also provides a very useful installation tool in the box with the faucet. This tool makes the installation much easier than trying to use a basin wrench

Absolutely excellent, high quality product. We bought this to replace a cheap Delta faucet that was installed ten years ago. The Delta had finally simply disintegrated with age! What a difference when we picked up this Moen. The quality difference was immediately obvious. What a fine product! It took me only two hours to remove the old faucet and install this Moen. I had bought two braided pipes to connect the new faucet, but it turns out they weren't needed. The Moen not only includes the flex connectors, but they are already attached to the faucet. This means you only have to connect the other end to the water inflow pipes. This probably saved me an hour of work. I will be returning the pipes I bought! The design of this product is fantastic. Everything is obviously high quality and just fits and works just right. The instructions are a little light on detail, and missed a couple of things, but all in all you can figure it out. Once the faucet was installed, it was even more impressive! The pull-out nozzle has stream and shower settings. The pressure is about 50% better than our old faucet, probably because the supplied flex pipes are somewhat narrower than the standard ones you might buy at your local hardware store. Really great product. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for, and in this case you get quality. Don't hesitate to buy it - you won't be disappointed.

I've had this faucet for 9 days now and its worked perfectly. I really like that the handle has great range from hot to cold and is super easy to use. no leaks or drips. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a reliable faucet.

This is a beautiful faucet. We purchased it because we upgraded our counter tops to granite and our sink to stainless under-mounted. This faucet works great and compliments the look of the kitchen.

Replaced a Water Ridge faucet from Costco that lasted only 20 months. This new Moen is taller than the Water Ridge which is nicer for filling up pots for spaghetti or whatever. The 120 degree swing left to right is more than enough, and the hose is plenty long enough to cover every corner of our sink. Decent flow on both stream and spray setting. Almost bought a cheaper Delta faucet but buyer beware - too many folks complained about its quality and that the handle had to be perfectly centered to turn the water off. This Moen's handle doesn't care where it is - it'll turn off on the left (hot), it'll turn off in the middle, and, you guessed it, it'll turn off on the right (cold), too! Generally easy installation with one tip to help you out. The Moen instructions tell you to put the black rubber O-ring on the bottom of the faucet assembly before putting that assembly's hoses through the sink hole and placing the whole assembly on the sink deck (or cover plate if you choose to use it - I did not). The trouble with that is the O-ring promptly falls off when you tip the assembly over to place it on the sink due to that funny thing called "gravity." So how to keep the very thin O-ring in place until you get the faucet assembly in place? Well I used just two dabs of plumber's putty on each side of the O-ring - just take a tiny amount of putty and use your finger to squish some in the O-ring groove on each side, then push the O-ring into the groove and the two puttied areas. Easy. Plumber's putty comes in small cans in Home Depot, too.

Installation was the easiest I have done, and I've done many. I highly recommend reinforcing under the sink where the center bolt tights up on that C clamp. Notch out a piece of wood and tightly attach faucet body so that it sits atop the sink edge and is as sturdy as ladder rung to pull yourself up onto the counter if you want to. I haven't done it myself yet but it's obvious it needs ta be much more sturdy. Instead, on the backside overtop of the gasket material overlapping,it glazed on a thick layer of some clear expoxy stuff, drys in 5 minutes.I laid it on heavy and used glazing tool. *LOCTITE "60 sec Universal Glue" ,0.6 Oz, big tube, "Extra Strong & Repositionable". Hoping that will stiffin it up in the back side. I will glaze it tomorrow with high quality million dollar Silicone MAX by DAP. Should last a grand old time with some maintenance checked here & there.

We purchased this to replace a builder grade chrome faucet that had no sprayer of any kind. This faucet is beautiful. Simple but looks very nice. We have a stainless steel sink and this looks perfect with it, so much better than the chrome one that was there. This works very well, great water pressure and spray. This faucet also has a nice arch to it but not too high. Has a nice sturdy feel to it. Of course like almost every spray faucet combo the sprayer is plastic but with this you would never know as it matches the metal perfect. The was one of the easiest faucets that we have ever replaced. They give you step by step instruction but you can also watch a video. They even give you the tool to tighten up the nut. We have a window with a low window sill so needed to find a faucet that would not have a problem and this was perfect. I would highly recommend this not only for beauty and function but also ease of install.

Really easy to install, love the soap dispenser that fills from the top (I did measure how many cups were needed to fill it before installing), the pull out faucet works like a charm, the coating on the outside of the faucet is beautiful and keeps clean so easy.-- well, I just LOVE it and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Really like this faucet! Had a chrome faucet that showed every water spot and it drove me nuts. This stainless steel faucet is very easy to clean and shows no water spots at all. The pull down faucet works flawlessly. If there is any downside it's that the water flow seems low so filling a big pot of water takes longer but to me it's worth it.

The single handle makes it easy to operate ,even when one hand is dirty or holding something else. It has a smudge-free coating so you never see finger-prints. We have only had the faucet one month but we are very happy with the handle and spray is not flimsy.We appreciate that the buttons to change from single flow to spray are under the spay and not on the top, looks nicer and is easier to use that way. we are delighted with it in every way.

Didn't realize before install the 'round' neck swivels when you touch it. Could be a good thing for washing dishes. We were just surprised since our last faucet was an 'oval' neck and it sort of 'locked in place' after pulling out to spray. Still getting used to this one. Spouse really likes the look and goes OK with chrome pull handles and cabinet hinges we installed.

This is an attractive and functional kitchen faucet. I particularly like the pullout spray head design that allows you to put the water exactly where you want it. It has a 2-button control for either spray or stream. The installation was relatively easy with good instructions. The water lines are extra long to easily reach the water cutoffs. The unit can be installed with or without the base plate and there are 2 ways of connecting the unit from below depending on the amount of room available. I hunted down my faucet wrench only to find that I didn’t need it since a special tightening tool was included in the box. Note that the faucet revolves about 100 degrees, so before tightening the nut ensure that it is positioned the way you want it. Mine is mounted at the corner of the sink so it can be positioned anywhere within the sink – nice feature.

Great replacement for my old faucet. Installed quick and already came with enough hose returned the ones I got just in case.

This shoddy product broke twice in three years. Moen sent me a new faucet the first time it broke, but then that one (same model) broke and leaked again after exactly one year. When I called Moen about this, they sent me replacement parts the second time. Each time I had to hire someone to come to my place to fix it. I assumed Moen made quality products, but this has soured me on the brand.

While this faucet looks great, the pull out sprayer is PLASTIC!! Seriously, for $200, I'd at least expect the entire faucet body itself to be made of metal. Geez. Wish I'd been home when it was installed, because the faucet would have been put back into the box and returned for a refund.

Beautiful Moen Walden spot resist pull-out spray faucet! The spray is nice and strong, something I was concerned about with a pull-out sprayer. Very elegant and simple lines. Mounted in a one-hole sink without the base plate.

If you're using the deck plate and If your counter is less 1/2" YOU MUST HAVE A MOUNTING BRACKET [or stabilizer bar} for it to be installed correctly!!! THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOX. AND IT IS NOT NOTED OR PICTURED ANYWHERE ON THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS !!! I only found this out because I watched the installation video. Had I not, I would have returned the faucet because once installed it wobbled all over the place. And what a waste of time and effort that would have been. You have to contact MOEN directly - they'll know exactly which part you're referring to when you explain the situation, but as far as I can determine it is part #176787. They said it is an "optional" part - stupidest thing I've ever heard. It took about 9 business days to get in the mail. In the meantime I had to use makeshift pieces all around the faucet base in order to make it steady enough to use. The faucet is now installed correctly and I actually like it. Well made, solid and very easy to use. To bad the installation process was such a royal pain!!! PS If you don't buy this product from a plumbing company you don't get the brass nuts ....too bad.

We love this faucet. The tall curve is great for filling large pots and the sprayer makes rinsing so easy.

I am very satisfied with this faucet. The soap dispenser as well as the pull out sprayer function well. But since I wasn't used to this type of sprayer, it took me a while to learn to keep it centered with the faucet.

I like how tall it is. It is so much easier to water my plants in the sink. The hose is long and moves easily, as does the faucet.
