Unfortunately, the tile did not meet our expectations at all. The coloring of the tile was just off for what we were hoping for. The white is more of an off grey and the black is not black or even 'charcoal'- it's more of a greenish grey.

Thinner than many other floor tile so really best for wall installation. Will not work for our intended use in powder room so they were returned. Lower price reflects quality.

Love this design and the muted white and charcoal color. Definitely not pure white if that's what you are going for. Works perfectly for my project!

It's a fine tile for a project on a budget. I was dissatisfied that the pattern was clearly printed on. It looked slightly pixilated.

Love the tile, looks awesome. Have not installed it yet though. The box it came in had plenty of padding, so. Reakage should be minimal.

I had high hopes for this tile. Bought it over the Internet and waited two weeks to get on the schedule of our tile guy for install. Unfortunately, I didn't look closely at the tile when it was delivered. Upon installation there was an immediate problem. The square in the corner of each tile was not uniform so when 4 tiles were place together in the pattern it did not form a perfect larger square. That was really odd and was obviously a factory defect via poor quality control. The tile guy spotted this and suggested that we return the tile. I've never had a problem returning anything at The Home Depot but this was a challenge. Evidently, when one orders anything online that is not carried in a regular store it is considered a Special Order. You only have 72 hours to return if not satisfied. If there is a defect in a product the normal procedure is to replace the item and not give a monetary refund. Luckily, I got a sympathetic manager and return person who had to call national customer service to resolve the situation. I had already bought replacement tile elsewhere and I did not want to risk another shipment of defective tile. Frankly, this taught me a lesson about buying without first seeing the product to judge the quality which was lacking. Maybe, I just had some bad tiles but I'd be cautious buying any of this tile line.

I really liked the idea of this tile but I had to get it in my hands to realise that it wasn't going to work for me. It is very dull, doesn't look as even as it's picture, meaning the grey is not solid, more like it needs more ink. The background isn't white, either. And I was hoping that the measurement was for the full design, not just a quarter of it. I guess it looks like cement, and the design is nice, but it won't go at all with a glossy tile and if you want to pair it up with something the colors are hard to match. I know my review is based on the tile not being what I wanted but it isn't closer to the picture or description, either. I wish the stores had samples to speed up the whole process.

This product was great. the shipping was good. everything was great. It looks awesome.

I LOVE the way the tile looks on the bathroom floor !! The pattern makes it really easy to lay also. BUT we ordered over $600 worth of tiles & many arrived broken. In one entire box every tile was broken. In most of the other boxes at least 1 tile was broken. We didn't start laying the tile for over a month from when we ordered it so didn't discover all the broken tiles when we picked it up at the store. The look of the tile would be 5 stars ... inconvenience & expense of the many broken tiles was a 1 star - so averaged out I rate it 3 stars.

Love the vintage look of this tile. We used charcoal gray sanded grout (I think from lowes). The tile color is dingy white (not stark white). The black is also dark grey. Small Chips where we tried to clean the trenches before grouting so be careful with prep. Surface durable does not scratch.

I needed only 35 sq. ft . of "vintage style" tile for my 65 year old guest bathroom and this tile fit the bill! I am thrilled with it and am extremely satisfied with how the tiles were shipped. My installer told me it was the first job he had EVER seen where not one single tile was chipped or cracked. Kudos to Home Depot! So far, everyone that has seen it just loves the look.

I’m glad I just ordered one tile as a sample. The “black” design on the tiles looks like the printer was running out of ink. And the white has small gray flecks in it. I was hoping for a cleaner look.

Arrived sooner than expected and were exactly as described. I would recommend using a grey grout not black.

I was nervous about ordering since I couldn't see the tile in person, but relied on reviews. It did not disappoint. The tile arrived early and no tiles were damaged because of the great packaging. I did my guest bath and laundry room using a charcoal colored grout. Love it and have had so many compliments!

These tiles are wonderful. Soft charcoal/black color. I also bought the reverse color of this tile and they match each other very very well.

It truly is a charcoal...lighter than the picture. I was hoping for black. And it was kind of a fuzzy print.

After lusting over the real cement tiles and reading the amazing reviews here, I ordered some for my bathroom. Unfortunately, it looks as if someone photocopied the pattern onto the tile. You can see little printer lines even. I inspected many of them and they are ALL the same. Back to Home Depot they go. With that being said, maybe for the other reviews, on the floor, en masse, they look okay, but I wasn't taking a risk of ruining my pretty bathroom. I suggest you order some samples first and see for yourself.

they are stylish, better than the standard beige tiles but quite thin,have not deciced weather i can afford to do the floor$$$ ,Will they hold up in a high traffic area? or do I use them as a back splash cause I love the color& pattern. but somewhat pricey. Good to see something different at HD.

I was glad I ordered samples of this tile instead of buying cases. I was rather disappointed by the design. I knew it wouldn't be the dark black I was looking for. Other customers had mentioned it was a charcoal grey. The problem is the design looks as if it was screen printed on and would easily wear off. I'm sure the tile is worth the price, as they were fairly inexpensive. They just were not what I want for my powder room.

We had this floor installed in our bathroom by a professional. I used charcoal gray grout which is perfect. You barely see the grout lines. You have to order extra because when cut the remaining pieces can't be used again. This floor is so beautiful. I've received so many compliments (wish I knew how to attach a picture). The only reason I didn't give this five stars is that some of the pattern, specifically the squares, in the design do not line up properly. So while the rest of the pattern lines up the squares do not. I'm pretty picky but this does not stop me from loving the floor. I'm very pleased and no tiles were broken in delivery.
