This lift is super heavy duty and works great. One complaint I do have though is that the factory screwed the nylon nuts to tight that hold the safety bracket together. You have to release the safety bracket to lower the jack, but if the nuts are to tight, it's really difficult to move. All through the instructions they tell you not to screw the nylon nuts to tight, but this particular piece was put together at the factory, and apparently they screwed mine to tight. It was pretty frustrating trying to figure out what the heck was wrong with it. In the end, it was just those two nuts. Once I loosened them a bit it worked perfectly. Overall this thing is awesome. Hopefully this will save someone else the frustration that I had.

Simple and safe to use
Simple to assemble, you need simple hand tools to assemble. 17,19, and 22mm wrenches and sockets.
The Manual was easy to read and the packaging was packaged well.
One side note, I am using a pair of Jack stands under the Beam that holds the front tires of your tractor.
Thank you MoJack

Must have for owners of Zero Turn Mowers...
I use the mower lift at least once a week for my John Deere Z970R mower with 72" deck. It makes changing blades a less than 5 minute project. I now run sharper blades more of the time, and don't mind switching blades between mowing my good fescue grass and my pasture grass. When using the lift on concrete it has a tendency to slide on the concrete as you lift mower. If it doesn't slide, then the front mower wheels will sometimes start to come out of the cradles (lift comes with straps to hold the front tires in the cradle, but I rarely use them) but you can easily push the lift towards the mower to get the tires back into the bottom of the cradles. The only other issue is the release doesn't always work to allow the mower to go down. You can easily override this by manually holding the locking mechanism back while you lower the mower. Two minor things, but over all I wouldn't own a mower without one.

Great Product
Great product. Does exactly what it was created to do. The braking system is a great fixture. No worries about the mower falling down. It's easy to use and you don't have to use much force to lift or lower the mower. It took about an hour to put together. Other than that I would recommend the MoJack if you want a safe, easy way to lift your mower.

The lift gear teeth hang up when you crank it. The release that allows you to lower it does not
work. The quality of this product is very poor. Returned it once due to whole drilled in wrong
place and ended up with worse problems. Afraid to return again as may end with something even
worse. Good luck on this product as some of you will need it.

Great customer service!
I bought this to use with my JD X750 garden tractor - one of JD's largest. The first unit arrived with a defective winch apparatus. The winch unit was promptly replaced at no charge after contacting customer service. The new winch unit works as advertised. I need to use the power drill method since my unit has a brush guard. It raises and lowers quickly, and has made access and servicing under the mower deck easier. Very happy so far.

Perfect
Should have bought it years ago. Well built, works great and it's much better than the old car ramps i eas using before. I leave mine assembled and sitting in front of the zero turn mower. Takes less than 5 min to change blades now. I sharpen one set while using the other and then swap.
