Gives water a Much better taste than other lower cost products, which I used this (2023) year

Easy to carry, and dispense.

I notice a huge difference between potassium and salt (cooking, showering, car wash, etc..), its worth the price

I always use potassium but it’s so expense sometimes I have second thoughts.

I have been using potassium since I bought my water softener. I priced me 20 years ago. That is the only thing I use is it works excellently. Don’t ever stop having it in store.

KCl runs out faster than the regular sodium version and needs the softener to be set at a higher rate of salt per rinse. The upside is that the water isn't as salty tasting as sodium-rinsed softener bed. The other big downside is that KCl is far more expensive than NaCl.

Fine but still surprised by its cost…but that’s the economy

I was charged $22 for each bag. Unfortunately I got home bc it seemed too much but I couldn’t find the receipt. It should have costed $8.75

We use these in our water softener instead of the normal salt tablets. They’re great.

A little pricey but haven't had any bad experiences using the product.

Excellent product and exceptional service! I had four bags of the 40 pound Potassium chloride delivered. The delivery person put them in the garage for me. I am 80 years old with Metal Knees, and hips. thank you Home Depot for your excellent service. We use the Potassium Chloride in our water softener because my wife hast to keep her salt intake low.

Way to expensive however

Excellent packaging. Great as a sodium free product. Quite expensive. Would be nice if it went on sale once in a while.

The potassium chloride I bought at Home Depot was outrageously overpriced you people are really taking advantage of the people.

I bought exactly the same thing a few months ago for $27. This recent purchase was $40

Although apparently competitively priced, seems way overpriced for what it is used for. The spot price of this stuff is down by about 2/3 compared to even just a year ago.

When I attempted to put the potassium chloride in the water softener I found much of it was clumped together. I then had to break it apart to use it. Some of it wasn’t easy to do.
