Nice design, worked well in my bath to shower remodel. Don't forget the drain flange that you'll need that doesn't come with the assembly.

• 6 in. x 6 in. Square Drain Wave Grate This beautiful decorative drain comes from Oatey the plumbing people. On the Gadgetman DIY scale this is a “hire a pro” project. Unless you are real comfortable doing plumbing, cement work, tile work etc. all at once you probably do NOT want to do this one yourself. On the other hand, if you are doing a tile shower upgrade [by yourself or by hire,] this is a gorgeous upgrade. The 304 stainless is gorgeous all by itself but the well thought out drain top is designed to accept standard size tile, to completely disappear into to the floor surface. The addition of adjustable leveling feet for quick and easy height adjustment and leveling during installation. The “debris basket” helps to keep the drains clean and the silicone sound proofing band eliminates any rattle or noise from the stainless steel. While I like the product and what IS included, you will need to be sure you have everything you need as this is a very complex project. •

This grate is excellent for those drains that you want a bit larger for a larger shower floor. It is something however you want to account for in advance and measure before installing the new shower floor tile. It needs to be a bigger square then expected and the plumber needs to allocate the extra space. However, once it's down it looks beautiful and is heavy and very well made. I highly recommend.
