Super easy install, and didn’t need caulk as it fits snug on its own. I’ll use this for every boot replacement I do from now on.

Easy to install and fit. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it seems a bit loose at the base and probably needs some sealant there which I did not anticipate. I would still recommend it.

This is a must have for any homeowner. I purchased a preowned home many years ago and it had ceiling stains where every vent pipe exited the roof. The roof shingles were fine but the rubber around the vent stacks was rotten. I don't remember how I found out about the perma-boot but it is an ingenious product and the $20 each is a small price to pay for the security of no leaking. If you have the regular boots around your vents and live in a hot area (with intense sunshine in the summer) your boot will rot and fail before you need shingles. You won't know it until you see the water stain on the ceiling (too late). Install this, and you are done until you need a new roof. I have them on every vent, and when a new roof is installed, these will be too.

This worked great for my roof vent repair! It was easy and more importantly, PERMANENT! I'll never have a leak again around any of those 3 vent pipes on my roof. For $20/each, that's the way to go.

Perfect solution for permanently sealing roof vent stacks especially when no other roof repairs are required and/or you can no longer match your shingles. Easy to install. And looks good too! If stack is too short simply extend it with abs pipe. If too long simply cut it to fit. And you're done.
