These three handle shower faucets model # LG01-3120, LG01-3110, LG01-1120 come with the rough-in valve. We currently do not sell a three handle shower trim only. We found a trim for the #01-31XA rough-in valve on Home Depot's website that includes the showerhead, handles, and tub spout for you to view (no valve) model #LG01-81BC. Below is the link to Home Depot's site to this trim. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is the rough-in valve only as pictured and does require the outer trim sold separately. There are also valve and trim options available. There are 2 valves and trim options sold by Home Depot that will also include the valve. Please see the links provided below for the 2 options.
