Second, below is a link to a video showing the temperature adjustment and the valve instructions; please refer to page 9, step 11 of the instructions. This instruction will show you how to adjust the temperature disc on the cartridge to set the desired water temperature. If it's not the adjustment, a new cartridge replacement would be needed #974-321. We can help! We recommend wiping down your faucet after use to avoid spots and build-up. Also, cleaning with a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar to protect the finish and remove water deposits or calcium. We do not recommend using harsh cleaners or scrubbers on your fixture because it will ruin the product's finish. If the cleaning solution doesn’t help, we'd like to help you find a solution.
