Wish it came with Allen wrench need put it together at sons house he is just starting tool collection but the saw is excellent first saw for him

A good, very portable table saw at a good price point. Seems reasonably comparable to saws such as Dewalt that are quite a bit more expensive. I bought it for portability, compact storing size, and the rack and pinon rip fence. The miter guage is a bit loosey goosey, but I will use my mitre saw rather than the table saw for those cuts.

I like everything about this except the miter slots. I tried several times to make a sled for the saw but the miter slots are not parallel which makes it impossible to do. Using 2 slots you cannot get it to not bind up. It cost me a lot of frustration. I will stick with a high end miter gauge and keep the saw but it's disappointing to say the least. The included miter gauge is a bit lacking but I have a much better one and can work around it I guess.

Package arrived timely. Was missing a foot and two bolts for assembly. I made a foot from lumber and had bolts on hand. Have had the saw for about three weeks and would not recommend this saw to anyone. The set off/on doesn’t work. I call the closes Home Depot and they gave me a number. I call that number and they tell me to call the closes Home Depot . Guess I will just put in a regular on/off toggle switch myself. I don’t like the run around

Very sturdy, accurate out of box. Dust control is amazing. Fence is very sturdy and continues to be very accurate. Decided to use as shop saw and bought another for jobsite saw

Before opening the box , A large saw blade fell out of the top of box and was not secured in any manner. What could cause that???

I did a fair amount of research comparing this to the other big name saws. With the price being about 2/3rds the cost of the others, I consider it to be WELL ABOVE 2/3rd the comparable value. Plenty of power for cutting. I really like the rack and pinion control of both the front and back of the rip fence - no fighting to keep the fence square - not expected for a saw at this price point. Not sure, but looking at the pictures of the other Rigid table saw, this feature does not appear to be on that saw either. The table top is solid aluminum - not "flexing" sheet metal. Storage for all accessories is well thought-out. The folding stand works well - no load on your back setting up or taking down. A little rickety but that is to be expected for a folding stand in my opinion. The cross-cutting guide is a little sloppy though, so cuts there may be a little off if you are not careful. I do like the rip capacity, but keep in mind that this is not ideal for this kind of saw (even the full-size table saws can be a little tricky getting good cuts when pushing a 4x8 sheet of plywood, so not points off for that either!). I also like that the vacuum attachment is sized perfectly for my Rigid shop vac (yes, I know, huge surprise there....;)). Does a decent job keeping the chips and saw dust down. Assembly was not an issue for me (some reviews say otherwise). Can be a little challenging when reading the instructions, but if you study the pictures well enough, you can tell one part from another. I did not get any of them mixed up when putting it together (beginner's luck?). Admittedly, my saw is going to sit folded up in the corner, but all-in-all, for the price and the value, I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this Rigid portable table saw.

This piece of equipment is exceptional. The only issue is the tape measure came rippled, maybe, from significant temperature change or moisture.

The direction where terrible the letters and numbers did not correspond other than that seems to be OK other than that foot lock doesn’t always stay

My first table saw and I'm super excited to get much use it if around the house with diy projects

I was pleasantly surprised by the ease that this came together out of the box and that it was absolutely perfectly aligned. Easy to use, great features. Love it! The only truly disappointing thing was finding out that it somehow doesn't qualify for Rigid's Lifetime Service Agreement. Bummer.

Pretty easy to assemble. Really like the way stand folds and you can roll it around. Fence was not aligned well but was easy to adjust. Very happy with it.

Great table saw, assembly was quick and easy. Works like a champ,better than my previous Ryobi table saw.

I love that rigid table saw it’s so powerful and accuracy for my woodwork it’s enough I really like the rabbit pinion and the sale price was fair compared to other brands and quality I think they are even I really like the price for Milwaukee online which was much cheaper than price in the store I wish that Milwaukee and rage it will have more deals online like that

I've searched for a table saw million of times and eventually got this. Especially I wanted to have 32 in rip cap. Among 32in cap table saws, this RIDGID R4550 is the best value. 5 year LSA is the only drawback I guess. But their customer service is very quick and responsive.

The Fence’s ability to stay square to the blade is extemely great for the price and being a contractor style table saw. The main reason i bought it for was its 32” cut capacity and like i said, the fence! Its as good as i expected, in fact much better than I expected. The measurements on the saw, i use more than i expected and that has been an added blessing. Overall, the saw has cut through everything ive cut excellently without gettinng bogged down. It is 100 percent worth $450 ish dollars! I love mine and am so thrilled for using it in the future.

I bought this 2 years ago and it was already to go I built a table for its home and cut out a place for my router also I have owned 2 different ones before and I would only buy ridgid now. Very dependable and accurate . Easy use and easy clean thanku so much.

Replaced a old Skill table saw that was very tired. Once I completed setting the saw up was very happy with its settings and operation Put a 60 tooth blade on instead off one supplied, cuts supper smooth. Like the fact it folds up and take little room in garage when not using

There is no lifetime agreement on this table saw, only a 5 year warranty
