Excellent price and life time warranty

Everything was great

Wanted this item for some time and decided to finally grab one. Used it today in a tight quarter area and cut through 1/4” steel bar with ease.

There isn't a Home Depot in our local jurisdiction. A friend introduced me to the Rigid tool line. From all the tools we've utilized in the past, such as Dewalt, these Rigid tools, seem far superior in every way. Since the initial purchase, we've gone and purchased additional Rigid tools, and had them shipped to us. We always look forward in the push notifications from Home Depot about new and exciting Rigid tool deals.

perfect size for what I need, powerful enough for the job and not too heavy or bulky

Have not use the saw yet. It looks as expected.

Product works well for smaller branches,trees and even used it to demo a playhouse and wooden deck base left from a previous owner.

I needed this tool immediately, as soon as I could unpack and use it!! It is perfect for what I need. Being able to use it one-handed is the greatest feature for me. It costs a little more than the other model, but that feature makes it worth the extra cash.

I already filled out one review earlier!!!!!! Someone needs to stop the insanity of this!!! If there was a problem it would go thru customer service. A department paid to take care of this! Anything further is a waste of time and money! STOP THIS!

Handy tool for use while climbing and working in tight spaces

Works good but very heavy

Bought this and in the image it shows two battery's. I opened the box to find no battery's. I can't use the tools I bought

These tools are very well made, I only had them two weeks but I used both drill and driver also sawsall and the multi tool and I love them easy to use ,powerful, batteries last long time, I would buy again
