This flooring is awesome. Well made and beautiful. Installation was quick and easiest enough to do ourselves. Would purchase it again.

Your sales person was awesome and the floor looks great. The war department is very happy and it she ia happy I'm happy.

The rectangular block is valuable for hammering on the edge of the planks, however the metal Z shaped thing bent after being hit a few times. After it was bent, it would leave marks on the planks whenever it was used. The spacers were not helpful as my baseboard was raised and they kept falling over. Overall I would not buy the kit, but would just buy the rectangular block if it's available separately.

Couldn't have done the flooring without this tool. A must have when laying vinyl laminate planks.

Most of this product has been great for the project I was doing, ie LV Flooring. The tapping block was terrible as it started to delaminate as I was working on a small 10 x 10 room thus damaging the flooring edge and required more product to get the job done

Floor looks pretty good in our spare bedroom: some of the planks were cupped (warped?). As a result some of the joints were not as tight as they could be- however purchasing more than we needed was a benefit and remedied the problem. May require some fill in cracks depending on application.

Useful and sturdy

Both pull bar and tapping block failed after installing less than 100 sq ft of laminate. Pull bar bent badly, so I welded a bigger/sturdier piece of steel to it. It continues to bend, and I have to straighten in a vise every 2 or 3 uses. Tapping block cracked in multiple places. The hammer is decent. I very rarely leave bad reviews, but this set is truly awful quality.

This installation kit is a must have for installing laminate flooring. The all in one kit with the bar, block, and spacer is more cost effective them buying each individual item. To prevent scratching the floor finish with the metal bar, I put an extra felt pad on it and use a rag under it just in case it slips while striking it with a hammer. I highly recommend this installation kit.

My first time laying a floor and this tool worked great!!

My new floor is better than I expected thanks to the helpful tools in this kit. Planks were protected and correctly aligned using the spacers and tapping block. The metal pry bar was used on every tile we installed, could not have done this job without it!

This is a solid product. Very tough and durable. It made putting in my vinyl plank flooring simple. Edges are cut perfectly so they don't harm the top of the flooring when hitting them with a rubber mallet.

This product was easy to work it when installing the flooring in the basement we also painted too.

Was going to buy the basic pieces separately but decided to just get the kit for this first job. Worked as they were supposed to, but was worried about the block making it the full 11x14 installation of LVP flooring as it was starting to round off the edges. It lasted though. One reason for not getting the larger metal tool was that it was thinner than the one you could buy separate and I figured it was strong enough and could get behind the plank along the wall easier and it did.

This product is basically essential for installing laminate flooring. The problem is that it works great AT FIRST. But after using it for a little while, the rubber starts to break down and crumble, so you will have to use scrap pieces to do the same thing, once you have a few. The big problem is that the metal piece starts to straighten out. So if you are doing more than one small room or even probably a large room, you will need more than one of these kits. Also, I added a felt sticky to the bottom because it scratched my new flooring a couple of times.

Easy to use

Easy to use and makes sense no figuring out. I am a woman with no experience with doing floors, products helps make the installation go easy.

A must for install!

The block worked great, the tool to tighten up the floor took off the finish, fixed it with a furniture pen. I installed a stronger cushion to isolating the tool from the floor. The spacing blocks need an upgrade taking into account the overhang of the drywall. As a DIY this is a required tool for floor install.

Works excellent, It definitely makes the job 100x easier. I would highly recommend getting this product for any hardwood flooring projects.

Very easy to use

Definately need for proper installation. Spacers were a bit difficult to get to stay put but not impossible.

This kit saved us so much money and was easy to use! We used this kit on seasoned: life proof vinyl flooring.
