Seem pretty durable, although I don't believe they will last 20x longer. The first bit lasted through about 75% of a 300 sq ft deck removal project before I had to use a new one.

Did the job they were indented to do, which was replace all the #2 Phillips bits that had gone missing from all the bit sets. Could tell you if they all actually drive screws. i have only tested one.
