Real shabby POS. The lock sticks. So you really have to crank on it, and turn a flimsy aluminum key which feels like it’s going to break

I purchased this 8 rifle cabinet and had it delivered to store for pick up. Everything was fine, but when I opened the large box containing the product at home I found there was no key. Because of the size of the product, I did not want load it back into the car to return it and and requested a new key. Home Depot did a good job of connecting me directly with Stack-on. Stack-on was surprised that it came without a key, but I had already seen another customer complaint about not getting a key with their shipment. This appears to be a routine problem. They have a process for getting a new key but you have to pay for it. Customer service got around that and promised to overnight it the next day for free. Instead it went regular mail 5 to 7 days. If you order through Store Pickup, check for the key before you lug the box home. Otherwise you will be spending hours getting it resolved and 5-7 days waiting (still not here). My "recommend" with a one star rating comes with the caveat about the key. Otherwise, the product is good for its stated purpose.

Unit was pretty easy to assemble, and appears to be sturdy.

The order came a few days early which was great. But when we got it home i opened the box and began to put it together. Faily simple till we got to the locking mechanism. Instructions were very vague or i may just be a little dumb, who knows. It came scratched from the factory... UGH and was also bent at the top of the case so i guess you get what you pay for all in all its ok.

Came in all dented and scratched, no instructions, can’t even tell if has all the pieces. It was a cheap deal but still not worth it if you can’t even put it together correctly

Had this shipped to my local store. It arrived in good shape, was easy to assemble (took 30 minutes), although it's a little less rigid than I expected. Works great for my needs.

The cabinet was easy to assemble. I did have it shipped to store to save some trouble from staying at home and waiting for it to arrive. Package is a bit heavy for one person to carry alone upstairs otherwise great rifle storage!!!

This gun cabinet has easy to follow instructions but putting it together is another thing. With so many nuts to tighten, you'll need your socket wrench. Except, all of the nuts need to be on the inside of the cabinet, which means you need to tighten 50 nuts in a 1'x1' space at awkward angles.

The gun cabinet arrived on time and thats about all. it was missing all bolts and locking mechanism, all it had in the box was all 4 sides, top and bottom. All the panels were scratched or bent. It looks like this was a returned item that they just shipped back out again.

Cabinet arrived on time and all parts were there. Easy to assemble and fit perfectly in the space I wanted. For the price it's a great locking cabinet.

Decent cabinet for the price. It won’t stop a thief but will keep people from investigating your collection. It arrived slightly damaged but not in a very visible place and I was able to bend it back in place. Stack-On should really pack it better for shipping. Took 30 min. to easily put together.

I have not had time to assemble it yet and evaluate.

Decent low-cost option. Directions were clear & easy to follow. Assembly took about an hour. Lock seems to function fairly well.

This cabinet meets my needs for a lightweight and easy to handle unit for placing upstairs. Once assembled and bolted to the wall, it is very rigid. One negative aspect was slight damage from shipping. The manufacturer should add more padding in the box. A second issue was that I couldn't get the locking bars and latch to work optimally with the hinges on the left side even though the instructions state that the door can be mounted on either side. It appears to be built for right side hinge mounting only.

This is a good gun locker. It is one step in securing anything. Easy assembly and reinforce. Would buy again.

Easy to assemble but too short.

Arrived with a large dent on the front corner. Since it was going to be installed in a closet, I chose not to return it. Otherwise, a good product.

Box arrived half opened and panels were bent and scratched. Took it back to local store.

Discovered a couple of the panels were bent. Instead of dealing with the drama of getting a replacement I straightened them in my shop. Assembly was easy, and it holds my guns. What more can you ask for.

Takes time to assemble, only foam decider to support Barrels. Does offer a secure locked place to put your guns when on a budget.

CONS: - Packaging of item was poor, the item arrived dented with many scratches in the paint, however the damage was cosmetic and did not affect functionality. The manufacturer could eliminate these problems with more substantial packaging, e.g. double layer of cardboard. PROS: - Item is very sturdy once assembled - Labeling was discrete, rather than large lettering on multiple sides of the box, only one small area identifies it as a gun cabinet. I'd recommend that only the SKU be used on the box to further protect the privacy of the buyer from curious eyes of delivery personnel.

Received in good shape. Just as described. Functional and just right for storing our ammo.

Overall very satisfied. Good value. Pad for shelf would be nice addition. Gun rest cushions should be stiffer.

It was fun and easy to assemble. The enclosed instructions where good. It was worth the price and just the right size for me

The cabinet is easy to assemble and serves it's purpose to lock up the guns. It is a cabinet and not a safe. It provides some security but if someone really wanted in I believe they could get in given enough time.

Pros: Overall I am very happy with This cabinet. It is very easy to assemble, clean looking, and surprisingly strong. Obviously it is not a actual safe but once I bolted it to the wall only a very determined thef, with power tools, would be able to steal my guns. Cons: When the box was delivered and there were some minor dents to the panels and one of the parts bags had spilled open. The main issue that I have with it are the cheap foam "gun racks" that are provided they are too small and flimsy to hold a scoped rifle. I will be looking into getting an upgraded rack system for the inside. This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.
