Electrical fire
Our washer’s inverter board completely burnt up, filled our entire laundry room with smoke, it was an electrical fire inside the machine. If we were not home to unplug the machine there is a high probability our house would have caught fire according to repairman. Samsung offered to repair the machine as opposed to refunding. The customer service rep admitted she wouldn’t run the machine in her own home hearing our experience. Things break, I get it, but this was a part burning up in our home.

Do your research and buy anything but a Samsung
I have had this washer for a little over 2 years after it began to shake violently and the inner glass broke. Contacted Samsung and the repair man said it would cost about $700+ to fix which is the cost of a new machine. These companies are disingenuous and intentionally make short life products.

Good product so far!

It take too long to wash
Every time I do a wash it take more than an hour sometimes 2 hours regardless of my wash cycle I had Samsung wash before but this one is the most annoying washing machines in the history of washing machine

Mold Infested Washer
Purchased 21/2 years ago with 5 yr. protection plan. Replaced inner door rubber seal and molded again. Toxic! I’m asthmatic. Getting sick. Still using I don’t have $ to buy another brand Little amount of water fills the drum and the cloths get tissue thin, then falls apart.

Be Aware of Common Problem
Short review-I will never again buy a Samsung appliance based on my experience with this washer, Samsung, and at the suggestion of two local appliance repair companies.
Long review-My washer started shaking violently in spin cycle. Two repair companies looked at it and both said the counterweight screws came loose, a common issue they see with this unit. Samsung would not cover anything since past the 1 year warranty (only 1 and a half year old unit). They said it would cost $500 to fix.

Junk!
This is the worst washer I’ve ever had. It didn’t even make it 3 years. The drain motor broke, and it’s rusting out completely. Samsung only gives a 12 month warranty and their customer service is horrible. Most local appliance stores don’t support these products because they are kick. Have you ever heard of a washer rusting out in 3 years. It’s ridiculous how bad these are and they can’t back them because they would probably go bankrupt.
